2x new bright luxury apartment sets built in 2014, and redone just finished in September 2017 with an internal door between the units. This modern Apartment on the 4th floor has two common areas with two TVs and has views onto the swimming pool and overlooks the area. It's fully furnished and comes with all modern amenities you expect including fast reliable internet @ 30/6 Mbit/sec. Uber is now the common way to travel around Chiang Mai or you can rent a motorcycle nearby.

The space
- When having time off and not exploring Chiang Mai you can enjoy TV stations from all over the world with the Android box. There is a high chance that your favourite channel can be found.
While watching TV, one common area offers a massage chair for more relaxation. The common area 1 offers a single sofa bed whereas the second common area provides a double (queen) sofa bed (but no massage chair).

Other things to note:
- Best and most convenient transportation is Grab, rent a scooter or car as well well as Taxi.
- An additional charge of THB30 ($1) each per day per person applies if you either use pool or gym. Pool & gym together is THB50. It's valid all day.
