Villa Solmar â A Cozy Coastal Retreat in Los AlcĂĄzares, Murcia
Discover Villa Solmar, your perfect vacation home on the sunny Costa Cålida! This spacious and welcoming villa is located in the heart of Los Narejos, a vibrant neighborhood in Los Alcåzares, just 400 meters from the beach and only steps away from lively pedestrian streets lined with restaurants, cafés, shops, pubs, and ice cream parlors.
The space
The house comprises three levels. The ground floor features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and an office that can also serve as a bedroom. The property includes a front yard and a patio. The first floor consists of two double bedrooms (one with twin beds and one with a double bed) and a bathroom. The front bedroom has a balcony. The upper floor accommodates the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, opening onto a large terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, extractor hood, and refrigerator. Guests also have access to a microwave, an espresso machine, a toaster and an electric kettle.
Each bedroom and the living room are fitted with ceiling fans with integrated lights. Each floor has an air conditioning unit for guest comfort. A washing machine is located in the patio.
A TV and free wireless internet is available throughout the property.
Towels and bed linen are provided, too.
Guest access
The entire house is available for guests to enjoy.
Other things to note
The nearby beach offers sunbeds and umbrellas for visitors at an extra cost, but the property also provides two sunbeds and two umbrellas free of charge. Two bicycles are available for guests to enjoy longer rides around Los AlcĂĄzares.
Restaurants and pubs are just steps away on the next street, yet guests can still enjoy calm and quiet evenings in the front yard.
A supermarket is located just 50 m away, at the end of the street, offering fresh products.
Smoking indoors is prohibited. Pets are not allowed on the property.
