Located only 10 minutes from Athens International Airport and a short walk from the local bus stop connecting directly to the Athens metro, this three-studio setup is the ideal blend of privacy, comfort, and convenience.

This unique property features three fully independent studios, ideal for couples, small families, or groups of up to 8. The house boasts a charming Cycladic-inspired exterior, with crisp white walls, island-style architectural details, and matching colored doors and windows that reflect the traditional Aegean island aesthetic. Each studio has its own entrance, private full bathroom with a luxurious massage jet and waterfall shower, 24/7 hot water, 100Mbps high-speed Wi-Fi, and Samsung 4K smart TVs (43" for the first studio and 40" for each of the rest two). Both studios are equipped with two double closets and drawers, offering plenty of space for clothing and personal belongings.
The property receives its water directly from Attica’s main water source, known for its excellent quality. In addition, a 4-stage filtration system has been installed on each studio to ensure the water is even cleaner and purer for drinking and everyday use.
Guests can also enjoy complimentary access to a curated selection of premium entertainment through the smart TVs — perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day by the sea.

The first studio offers:

A separate bedroom with a 1.6m x 2m long bed

A fully equipped kitchen

A comfortable L-shaped 3-seat sofa that converts into a spacious 2.05m x 1.4m bed

A dedicated desk with a drawer, ideal for laptops or remote work

Washer/dryer, induction glass cooktop, oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, and air conditioner

Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans

The second studio features:

A cozy layout with a sofa bed for 2

Fully equipped kitchen area

Washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, induction glass cooktop, oven, dishwasher, air conditioner, and full clothes storage as in the larger unit

Kitchen is also stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans



The third studio offers:

A double bed for two that can be lifted up into a sofa, air conditioner, 40” smart TV, a kitchenette with a mini fridge and freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, food scale (plates, glasses and utensils are also available).

Step outside into the expansive 14-meter-long, 5.5-meter-deep patio, shaded and professionally mist cooled with a high-pressure system that keeps the outdoor space refreshingly comfortable even during the peak of summer. Up to 2 hours of mist cooling per day is included free of charge, providing a perfect window to enjoy the outdoors during the hottest hours.

The patio features two distinct seating areas:

On the left side, you'll find two identical tables, each 1.8 meters long, which can be joined to form a single 3.6-meter table or used separately depending on your needs. Together, they comfortably seat 10–12 guests — perfect for shared meals, games, or relaxed conversation.

On the right side, a built-in Π-shaped concrete bench wraps around a central table with an integrated fire pit, creating a cozy and atmospheric lounge area for evening gatherings.

Next to the traditional wood-fired brick pizza oven, you’ll find a spacious outdoor shower with full hot water, offering the comfort of an indoor shower in a refreshing open-air setting — ideal after beach time or summer heat.

As night falls, the entire outdoor area transforms into a magical setting thanks to hidden LED lighting discreetly installed around the property. These lights gently shift colors, creating a unique and immersive ambiance — whether you're dining outside, enjoying a fire, or simply relaxing under the stars.

The space is bordered on two sides by a 1.5-meter-wide L-shaped strip of grass and young trees, adding a touch of greenery and a soft transition toward the property's entrance.

You’ll be within walking distance of supermarkets, local shops, and restaurants — and just minutes from the famous Artemis coastline, known worldwide for windsurfing, kite surfing, parasailing, and crystal-clear waters. Historic archaeological sites are also nearby for those looking to explore Greece’s ancient past.
