Il s’agit d’un bel appartement récemment rénové, situé en bord de mer, avec une vue spectaculaire depuis le 9ème étage. Si vous aimez la plage, le temps chaud, le soleil et de courtes promenades dans les marchés locaux et les restaurants avec calme et tranquillité, c'est pour vous. Il a un accès direct à la plage, avec un ascenseur privé et une entrée privée sécurisée. Il est également parfait pour les joggeurs, car il se trouve le long du chemin reliant ANFI del MAR au village d’Arguineguin. Si vous êtes un cycliste, c'est un paradis pour l'entraînement toute l'année, sur toute l'île; avec des montées ou des tours de récupération, directement depuis l'entrée du bâtiment. De plus, des sentiers de randonnée commencent juste en face de la rue. Les marchés et les restaurants sont tous à proximité.

All it promised, and more

The apartment was perfectly positioned. We never tired of watching the waves roll in and loved the sound as we went to sleep. Also, we hadn't appreciated in advance how many facilities were on the doorstep, including the wonderful GerGerman bakery just one floor below.. The accommodation itself was perfect for our needs, and we intend to come back.

Piece of Paradise

From the day we booked on line, communication with Natahlie was outstanding. We arrived very early and we were able to store our luggage until the flat was ready. When we walked onto the balcony, we saw paradise. Everything Was exactly as described in the booking. All essentials were there, beach towels, umbrellas, robes,body wash shampoo etc. it was great to also have the washing machine for which laundry detergent was provided. There is no oven but a stove top and toaster oven is there. We didn’t want to leave. My only mention would be to bring ear plugs if your a light sleeper because when Mother Nature brings in the waves, it is very very loud through the night. You can walk to restaurants and grocery stores in just a couple mins or walk into the next town which is about 10mins. Beach is so convenient right at your toes. And the sunsets are the most magical we have seen. Thank you Natahlie for your hospitality and checking in during our stay. We hope to be back again.

Amazing Apartment with Fabulous View

The apartment was outstanding, it lacked nothing. Loads of little extras, not expected, even padded coat hangers for delicate clothing. The bed was so comfortable -I didn’t have backache as I often do at home, and the pillows too. The kitchen was stocked with all those condiments that you might just want a little of and would normally have to buy, definitely not expected.The bathroom was full of toiletries, and even bathroom scales. Any time we needed to ask a question - and we did often, Natalie responded very quickly. We spent a lot of time on the balcony; Harry watching what was happening on the beach and in the water, and I relaxed reading books. We visited the local restaurants every night but We particularly enjoyed our evenings in the Cabosuroeste restaurant by the beach. But, what can I say about the view - other than outstanding, especially the wonderful sunsets. We had many and they were so different every evening; I have never taken so many photos. I felt we had a very good relationship with Natalie, as if we’d always known her, she’s definitely a superb host. Thank you Natalie for making our stay so enjoyable. Sandra and Harry from the U.K.

Upgrade was well worth it - lucky me!!

I came back to stay again, but it was booked, so the owner gave me the option to take her other apartment, with many upgrades; I took it right away and it was well worth it!! Once again, the level of quality I experienced, exceeded my expectations! When she said upgraded apartment, she really meant it, so many nice things, true luxury!! The apartment is on a good high floor, providing stunning views, right on the beach. An elevator provides private access to the beach and the apartment. The owner was very communicative and helpful with clear instructions. My wife (and her back) loved the bed mattress and beddings and with the room darkening curtains, we slept extra late and recovered well from the long plane flight. We were really impressed to find our choice of pillows and the sun awning could be opened/closed, with the press of a button, directly from my side of the bed. The owner provided a bottle of Cava (Champagne) as a welcome gift, and the kitchen came stocked with initial coffee, tea, water and milk The furnishings are modern and new, including waterfall shower and bathroom sink, beach towels, shampoo and a good quality hair dryer; even a safe! - No need to overpack, since there is a washer/dryer for cleaning your clothes. With the light weight duvets and properly fitting duvet covers, everything felt so fresh and crisp! The convenience was exceptional, since there are many shops, a bakery, restaurants, private parking, even bus, taxi or car rental transportation at the street level of the building; plus an on-site doctor and pharmacy! I enjoyed the hiking trails just across the street into the mountains and jogging along the beach walking path. Next time I will go biking, I heard the routes are plentiful and challenging, with many great views and adventures! The ocean is warm and the beach sand is soft (not rocky), it is a short walk in either direction along the beach path, to other major resorts with activities, including; jet skiing, parasailing; speed boating; paddle boating, etc. Certainly, from this single location, I had the best of all I could imagine, without the high expense of the surrounding resorts. Clearly the owner has figured out how to make something special for good memories. I think I found a secret gem, this is my target for future holidays! Hope this helps!

An amazing apartment with the beach literally at your feet!! 😊

This was the first part of our island hopping honeymoon and what a start it was!! We arrived quite late but Nathalie was amazing and helped me with booking the transfers before we got there, also giving us a warm welcome waiting outside when we arrived. Nathalie also made a beautiful gesture of rose petals in the room and a bottle of chilled cava to get our celebrations started 😀 The room was incredible, everything that you needed was there, but the ocean panoramic view was hands down the best part. I have never been so close to the ocean and I don't think I ever will with the beach literally down stairs. The building was secure and clean and many restaurants in the area. The beach is lovely one of the best around the area that I saw. Not too crowded either! One restaurants you need to try is Montsemar which is about 2 minutes walk from the room really outstanding food. Great location even though we didn't realise how early places and shops close as we are used to staying out and eat near midnight, but it wasn't a drama at all once we knew. You can get taxis they are fairly cheap from beach to beach but next time we will be using the buses. All in all Amazing apartment, lovely locations and a relaxing holiday just what we needed! Meget hjælpsom lejlighedsejer. Fremragende udsigt over havet og stranden. Dejlig lejlighed dog skal man vænne sig til brændingen om natten da lejlighedskomplekset ligger meget tæt på havet. Den nærliggende strand og vandet er fremragende og tæt på gode restauranter. Kan kun anbefale lejligheden

Refurbished to a high standard, panoramic views

Beautiful appartment tasteful decor, amazing comfortable bed with quality bedding and pillows. Spotlessly clean with amazing views of sea and coastline. Excellent liaison with owner. Appreciated personnel touches (Bottle of fizz, Water & Milk) and washer was most useful. Would recommend appartment to friends and relatives. Good restaurants available local to appartment.

Delikat leilighet med flott havutsikt

Vi (to voksne og ett barn) bodde i leiligheten en uke i februar, og er veldig godt fornøyd. Den var nyoppusset og pent innredet med alle nødvendige fasiliteter. Om morgenen kan man gå ned trappa og kjøpe nystekte rundstykker. For øvrig er det mange butikker og restauranter innenfor 5 minutter gangavstand. Utsikten er fantastisk, og man får følelsen av å være på en cruisebåt. Eieren var meget behjelpelig i forhold til spørsmål og ønsker. Anbefales!

This is one of the few properties on the island that is directly on the beach. Patalavaca Beach is just outside the building and has a lifeguard. Many local activities are just a short walk away on the beach/walking path.
