Beautiful apartment, about 550 square feet (50 square meters) in the center of Otrabanda, which is a part of our Capital Willemstad which is on the Unesco World Heritige list.

This recently refurbished apartment has a very refreshing breeze and is your perfect spot to relax after a day exploring the island. Since it's in town it's on walking distance to many places.

For this price you are getting a nice modern apartment with 1 bedroom with air conditioning with a comfortable king bed. The second bedroom is actually an attic and is openly connected to the rest of the apartment. This attic has a full size bed. Take note, that the ceiling in the attic isn't very high (just 140 cm), so people won't be able to stand up straight in this attic / bedroom. There is a second air conditioning that cools the whole apartment and the attic.

Because of the location and since the apartment is on the second floor it has a very refreshing breeze all day, which is very welcome on a tropical island like Curacao.

There is also a comfortable sofa, a 4 seat dining set and a 32 inch TV in the apartment.

Some of the other things that come with the apartment: kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, iron with ironing board.

There is also a folding table available which together with the available chair can be set up as a make shift desk.

The apartment building is in Otrabanda, which is a part of our Capital Willemstad which is on the Unesco World Heritige list.

It's just of the main street in an area where there are many middle class family homes.
