Just blocks from the trail system, 1 mile from West Chester Lagoon and a 15-minute walk to the heart of downtown.

Beautifully remodeled Top Floor Large 1BR apartment (read: large everything) in a great neighborhood.

I am local and this is a great central area to parks, take out and downtown. This place was convenient as it had all of the cooking and pantry food ammenities, often organic and plenty of linens, paper products and laundry supplies for the 2 weeks I stayed here. This was a solid value for me between moves and accommodating to my cats as well. I would recommend this kind host Linda and her lovely 1 bedroom 1 bath rental for a solo traveler or couple with a kiddo. Plenty of board games, books. The last time I played battleship was over 30 years ago! Very fun and cozy stay.

Very clean, roomy, comfortable. Everything you need to make it feel like home. Excellent location for airport and train stations. All stores are nearby. I would rent again.

Airy and full of light, with lovely birch trees visible dominating the view from the windows in the living room and kitchen (open floor plan). Furniture is comfortable. The beds are so comfortable, we wanted to take on home with us! (We did find the brand name before we left.) An upstairs condo, the noise barrier is well-crafted. We rarely heard the tenants living below. We did our best to keep quiet for them as well.Lots of windows bring in the light and everything was super clean. This was the first time we've been in a VRBO which offered additional amenities (e.g., q-tips, shampoo/conditioner) and other consumables (e.g., coffee, tea, sweeteners, aluminum foil, parchment paper, butter, lots of spices, and a pack of antipasto--although much is likely left by previous renters). Walkin shower was ideal for us. Plenty of games for down days (of which we had none--too much to see), and the TV had some good channels (although we only watched Stingray Spa). Fast (free) WIFI, too.Everything is new. Cozy and comfy, we felt completely at home. Location of the property was ideal. Nestled in a suburb, with easy access to shopping (e.g., groceries) and well-situated for our frequent excursions. For excursions, we recommend: Seaplane ride around Denali, boat rides to see glaciers (Whittier), orca/whales (Seward), the Alaska Native Heritage Center and Alaska Museum of Science and Nature and jet flyover area (in Anchorage).We highly recommend this place.
