Guest agreed without a doubt to follow our house rules. She did not adhere to them, resulting in us not having the tools we needed to properly maintain safety of our home. They are no longer welcome back at our property.

I didn't realize the cabin was on the gulf side when I initially booked but for where it is, it's great! The provided beach toys and cornhole were a huge hit. The loft area ladder is a little scary but my kids loved it. Overall it was very clean and we had everything we needed and more and made a ton of memories! Thank you!

This was a clean, comfortable, well-equipped home in a quiet neighborhood on the bay side of Bolivar Peninsula. The host had several unexpected extras like coffee pods, flavored coffee syrups, and plenty of toilet tissue for a family of 5 for an entire week. Just a note for future travelers, the washing machine/ dryer is a very small all-in-one machine and takes quite a long while to wash and adequately dry just a few pieces of laundry. This would be fine for a long weekend, but our family of 5 really needed a little more for a week long stay at the beach with all the towels and swimsuits that come with a beach trip. Overall, a fantastic week in a 5 star property!

This is the cutest place to stay close to the beach! Very clean and comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of cookware and even some extras. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were just right. The hot shower was great at the end of a chilly day. The area was quiet and clean. The walk to the beach was nice and not very far. The beach was surprisingly clean, no trash or debris laying around. Only a short drive to local restaurants and stores and not a bad drive to Galveston. The hosts were hospitable and kept in touch via emails making themselves available if needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and hope to go back someday. 5 Stars

We really enjoyed our stay at Sands of Serenity and would gladly book again in the future. The house was clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and communication was top notch!
