Vehicle license plate (or transportation information)

Email to send check-in mail that you must show in the residential area.

In order to access the complex or property, we need you to send us all this information 1 day before the reservation, otherwise access to the project may be difficult since the staff of this project only works during working hours and the owner of the property is the one who manages the access.

Upon arrival:

We will greet you with a few bottles of water, coffee, toilet paper, soap and a shampoo canister to make you feel comfortable from the moment you are.

Suggestions:

We suggest to visit the nearest supermarket before arriving to the property to stock up on the following:

- Food Products
- Cleaning Products
- Personal Hygiene Products

Alternatively, we can manage the cleaning of the property during your stay at an extra cost.

Gardening service and pool cleaning goes to the property on Thursdays, arrive between 9-9:30am and last approximately 1 hour. In case you have any convenient favor to notify us in time when making your reservation.

We inform you that electricity in Punta Cana is one of the most expensive in all of America (US$0.35). For this reason, in order to keep our prices competitive and guarantee a quality experience, we ask you to be prudent with electricity consumption. When booking, we'll give you some tips to help you keep your consumption reasonable.
