This modern mountain retreat offers plenty of space - over 3000 sq feet - with 3 bedrooms plus a 1000 sq ft Bonus/ Rec Room with a full size pool table, multiple flat screen TVs, wifi, bar, and full bathroom - plus tons of games to enjoy for the whole family! This house can easily accommodate three families, or groups up to 10.

No Pets or smoking is allowed on property. The gravel driveway is very large and can easily accommodate recreation vehicles, and 4 vehicles.

The spacious Master bedroom enjoys stunning forest views, and is beautifully appointed with a leather king bed from West Elm, leather club chair, Sundance rugs, Pendleton pillows, and high end bedding. Relax in the jetted tub overlooking the forest after a day of skiing, hiking, biking or playing at the lake.

The upstairs is very private and has two guest bedrooms that are tastefully furnished with a high end teak bed and furniture in one room and beautiful queen daybed with a pull out trundle bed in the other. There is a shared full bathroom a large desk and work area in the upstairs landing.

The Bonus Recreation Room has a queen sofa bed couch and two comfortable memory foam twin pull beds stored in closet and is a great area to host kids or enjoy the pool table.

Our guests also enjoy access to the hot tub, outdoor pool pool, fitness and weight room, and steam room at the private Spring Mountain Ranch Club House located just down the street. This brand new vacation rental is a true gem!
