⚠️ Please note: there are ongoing construction works nearby, which may sometimes cause noise during the day or at night. This is outside of our control, but we prefer to be transparent so guests are aware. Please note: Burj Park access is currently restricted and the fountain shows are temporarily unavailable due to renovation.

🚭 No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a 1500 AED fine, as I will need to deep-clean the curtains, bed, sofa, and rug.



🔑 If the access or parking cards are lost, a replacement fee of 500 AED will be charged for each item.



Located in Business Bay, just minutes from Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Mall. The area is vibrant with cafés, restaurants, and nightlife spots, while also being perfectly connected for business travelers. Dubai International Airport is about 15–20 minutes by car.



In accordance with local laws, we will need a copy of the passport for all guests checking in (shared in the chat), which will be uploaded onto the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing) portal.

If we do not receive the documents before check-in, the building reception may refuse access, and this will delay your check-in — for which we cannot be held responsible.
