We've stayed here twice this fall and everything was lovely both times. Michael is very accommodating and responsive and the house has a great homey comfortable feel. We highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

This is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay near Ithaca. We stayed here for a few days before moving our son into college and it was perfect for our family of four. We loved sitting on the porch with our morning coffee and the house was a quiet and cozy place to rerun to after exploring the area. The house is thoughtfully stocked with everything from coffee to outlet adapters to plug in all of our devices. One of our favorite VRBOs to date and we can't wait to come back.

This home is a little gem nestled of a quiet road - it was well-appointed with a comfortable quality and the hosts went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and easy. Beds were comfortable, linens were crisp, and ambiance was great. Coffee and wine lovers will especially enjoy the kitchen. Also, all the pots, pans, spices, and cooking implements you could want. It was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely time at the farmhouse. The house is beautiful, clean, very comfortable and well appointed. The location was great; close to Ithaca, Cayuga Lake and dozens of wineries. Michael gave us lots of helpful information that helped us settle in. We can't wait to come back!
