This is an entire two-story home with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 laundry rooms, 2 separate living rooms, a work-from-home nook, a full kitchen upstairs, and a kitchenette with sink downstairs. Bedrooms: Each bedroom has a fully made bed, dresser, nightstand, and closet storage. There are blackout curtains, handy for night shift workers, however there may be sounds of neighbor children playing outside at times. There is also a large portable fan available in the unit for white noise. Living rooms: Each living room has a Roku TV to access your streaming services; the upstairs living room has a comfy sectional couch with three reclining seats and a wood burning fireplace insert that can make your stay extra cozy, the downstairs living room has a comfortable arm chair and a futon couch that can be flattened out as a bed. Kitchen spaces: The upstairs kitchen includes a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, full-size fridge, oven/stovetop, large updated sink, and dishwasher. It is stocked with coffee, spices, cooking utensils (spatulas, large spoons, knives, cutting boards, cheese grater, etc.), silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, dishtowels, cleaning supplies, dish soap, and bags. The downstairs kitchenette is stocked with a microwave, full fridge, double burner, air fryer, toaster oven, and coffee pot as well as typical kitchen utensils, dishes, and cookware. Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with showers. Each bathroom is stocked with towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and toilet paper. You will have your own entrance through the backdoor with a keypad entry and a designated driveway parking space. Laundry rooms: There are two laundry rooms in the home, one upstairs, and one downstairs. The house is only a 4-minute drive or or a 15-minute walk to the Adventist hospital. Pets are welcome with approval. No smoking. The rental price includes all utilities- electricity, water, wi-fi, and garbage. You will feel right at home when you come to this community to work or play! You can find beautiful hikes in the National Scenic Columbia Gorge and a cute downtown shopping area.
