Gorgeous Rural Boulder Executive House, 2+ acres, 10 minutes to Pearl St
Just renovated, this luxurious home - on over 2 acres with 6000 square foot, 4 bedroom plus office and media room and four full baths and two half baths- is the perfect retreat for a longer stay in the Boulder area. The neighborhood is surrounded by the famous Boulder Valley Ranch and adjacent to Boulder Reservoir, but an easy 10 minutes drive to Pearl Street.
The main floor flows beautifully from soaring entryway with skylight to living room and dining room (seats 12), then on to the spacious kitchen and family room. All with fabulous Flatirons views. This floor also has a large office featuring a sleeper sofa and extensive built in bookcases and blinds on the window and door for extra sleeping space. A full bath opens from the entry and a half bath is included in the mudroom/laundry room. Shoe/ski boot/gear storage is extensive and there is a dog wash. Through the mudroom, a three car garage with electric car charger has even more storage and an extra refrigerator.
Up the main staircase, a full bath is shared by two bedrooms - one with a queen bed, desk, dresser, closet and occasional chair, another bedroom with twin bunk beds, a chaise lounge and two closets. There are several trailheads in the immediate area for hiking and mountain biking, the surrounding roads are famous for road biking. Boulder Reservoir is across the street.
