Great location. Cute home. Please ask home owner to remove that there is a fire place in this house, there is not. Also should disclose the narrow stair case to the 2 out of 3 bedrooms in case someone with a handicap wants to rent. Please also put a disclaimer in your book or somewhere that the furnace may smell like gas upon initial heat up as I was scared for my family all night after the CO2 detector went off (we determined the batteries were bad in the detector). Something really should be done about the bug problem, had to clean dead bugs from every room, bathtub, and window sill. At night the live ones come out of the nests. Also, something should be done with the 6-inches of damned ice on the roof above the entrance door as it melts on patio in front of door then turns to glare ice. Finally, no snow removal was done in the driveway during our stay. There was 10-12inches of snow we had to plow through to get in. I understand it was the Christmas holidays but since the terms of the house we were told we were getting were not followed then I believe we should have been offered a partial discount. At least for the lack of snow removal and cleaning we had to.

Great little house!

We stayed here for a quick family snowmobile trip. The house was cozy and clean. The pull through driveway worked well for the truck and trailer and the trailhead parking was only a few blocks away. Will definitely save this property for future trips to the area.

Cute property next to beautiful places to walk

Cute cottage with all the basics. We really enjoyed our stay. Well equipped and nice furnishings. The stairway is really steep so I wouldn’t recommend the upstairs for very young kids.

Sisters Getaway

Cute little cottage! The kitchen is well equipped. The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are very narrow and steep. Owner was quick to respond when we had a problem. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice, quiet, residential neighborhood. Not much to see within walking distance, but easy walk to Paul Bunyon trail. Stairs to upper bedrooms might be a challenge to anyone with mobility issues, but not unusual with a small, older hours. I would stay again if I needed a place in that area.

Cute little house

Everything was there that we needed. Very clean, accessible, good location. We even got to see the fireworks that were only about a couple of blocks from us. And this was on December 11th. Very easy to message the owner. We will be back.

Good Parking

The driveway accommodated trailers and the house was clean. The neighbor's 4 dogs did bark a fair amount but we were out on the lake most of daylight hours so it wasn't a problem.

All was fine. Neighbors dogs were noisy, but other than that ok. Was super hot out-could use an air conditioner on main floor.

Girls weekend

We had a wonderful experience staying in this home. Only thing we didn't take into consideration is that the ac unit up stairs didn't really keep all of us ladies cool. I stayed in the bedroom downstairs that got a little warm in the morning because I shut the door for privacy. Rather than that it's a very cute home, located in a very convenient spot. Thank you for opening your home to us.

House was not easily visible from toad. Clean and fresh Only concerns are upper queen bed is not comfortable at all. Lounging are is limited 1 couch. Surely not sufficient to support number of guests

Old, smelly, and unwelcoming.

The first thing I noticed was the entrance. Dirty, peeling painted chairs and a huge pile of some metal pieces stacked up on the corner. Back and front entrances looked liked they hadn’t been swept all summer. Dead, overgrown weeds all around the house. Walked in and the musty smell was overbearing. Couldn’t open windows because they were painted shut. It is basically a demo house waiting to happen. I had to get a different place to stay. Don’t waste your money.
