Starter Kit Provided Only:
For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of basic essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and dish soap.

For longer stays, guests will need to purchase additional items as the starter kit will not be replenished during your stay.

Towels & Linens:
We provide a limited number of bath towels, hand towels, and bed linens at the start of your stay.

Please be aware: Extra towels are not provided, and we do not offer mid-stay towel or linen refresh services. For extended stays or additional needs, guests are encouraged to use the in-home washer and dryer.

-Our check-out time is at 10:00 AM, and check-in time begins at 4:00 PM.
- Please be mindful of the electricity. We cover up to $300 per month and the excess will be billed back to you.
--We allow well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 pet per stay for 30 day stays). Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.
-Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.
-Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages that occur during their stay. Please report any issues immediately
-Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the property during their stay. A cleaning fee is charged, but excessive mess may incur additional charges.
-Please use all appliances and amenities responsibly. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and other electronic devices when not in use to conserve energy.
-Guests are provided access to Wi-Fi. Any illegal or unethical internet activities are strictly prohibited.
-Guests are not permitted to charge electric or hybrid vehicles on the property. Please make necessary arrangements for vehicle charging at designated facilities in the vicinity. This rule is in place to ensure the safety of all guests and to prevent any potential electrical issues. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. there is a $500 penalty per day
