This property is the perfect location for a stay in Williamsburg. The amenities were clean, well maintained, and offered a variety of fun for all ages.

Property was perfect for our stay and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and functional and very reasonably priced. The staff on site were very helpful and the owner was very helpful and communicative the whole process. Would highly recommend as a great spot for families to stay while visiting the Williamsburg area

Amazing

Everything was just wonderful from the rooms, the entertainment especially bingo night with Pete he’s a terrific host. Very much enjoyed our time at the resort definitely would recommend to friends but we will definitely be back.

Nice unit near amenities

We will stay again, but we were a little disappointed that the pool and mini golf were closed due to construction.

Great rooms!

Overall we had a great experience with this property. The rooms are spacious and provided a great stay. We had both rooms upstairs and loved that they were connected and we could easily walk between the two. We would differently recommend this location and stay here again. If you have a large party and will be using the pull-out sofa beds you may need your own blankets as we only had a fitted and top sheet (one set was missing the top sheet and mattress pad) provided to us. Only a few minor hiccups but nothing that would keep up from visiting this property again. The location is great and close to a lot of the major attractions with lots of great food options around the property too.

I am sorry about the lack of bedding for the pull out sofa and that you did not realize that a call to the front desk would have resulted in all the bedding you needed delivered to your front door. Great stay

Amazing communication in booking. The 3 bedroom lock off was spacious and more then enough room for our family of 5. The units furnishings were adequate, showing its age in some places, scratches on furniture, etc. There is an adult only pool in the complex which never seemed busy, the other pools were quite busy with many families and boisterous children. A complex of that size could use another pool. Mini golf, tennis and the arcade were great, clean and free! Activities staff was helpful and you can communicate with resort staff via text which is super convenient. The location of the complex is close to everything in the area, shopping, Busch gardens, CW. At this time the restaurant, pool bar and movies remain closed.

Cannot recommend this manager and place enough

The place was FANTASTIC, on so many levels. Incredibly spacious, clean, well and even generously stocked. Additionally, the Wyndham Resort was absolutely perfect, accommodating, and great as well. The amenities and hospitality were great. Perfect for all 3 generations to have a great vacation.

A very fun time

The property was clean and all the kids had a wonderful time swimming! We all enjoyed playing miniture golf as a family. The location was perfect to reach Jamestown and Yorktown as well.

Mini golf within a stone's throw of Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown - surely this was the intent of the founders. Its fun to picture Washington, Jefferson and Adams going head to head in mini golf. Let's get together for another trip to Williamsburg or any of the other great Wyndham locations. Larry

Perfect family getaway

Amazing property! My kids loved the pool and the arcade. I have never stayed in a time share and because of all the amenities it’s hard to stay anywhere else. We will be back as we love the location, busch gardens was so close and the outlet was just 5 mins away. The selection of food was also not bad. 5 nights was our stay and the whole family did not want to go home. We stayed in a 3 but lockout condo and it was perfect, my family of 6 was able to stay in the 2 br and my parents were able to tag along and stayed in their own little apartment connected to ours. Everyone at kings gate was helpful and prompt, all we had to do was txt message for any questions. The rooms were clean and cozy and nobody had any complaints. Thank you Larry for such a great place to stay, we were very thankful :)

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. We had everything we needed in the kitchenette, plenty of room with our 10 month old and the bed was comfortable. Great location - located close to restaurants and grocery stores. There were a lots of activities going on at the resort for families and kids. Would recommend!
