INTERACTION WITH THE GUEST
The building requires host to check the guests in so I will meet you at the building reception, get you checked in and answer any questions you may have. Please let me know your check in time at least 2 days prior to check in. I am available via text, phone, email between 7AM and 10PM. I am happy to help you in any way I can to make your Seattle visit a memorable one.
Other things to note

We have a strictly enforced 3 night minimum for all reservations (required by the Homeowners Association); We also have a strict no smoking, no parties and no pets policy, use of any recreational drugs and underaged alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on the premises; Parking, portacribs and cleaning services during your stay are available for an extra fee. Please ask in advance for these additional items; Please arrange your check-in time at least a week in advance. Our check-in hours are 3-10pm. There is a $50 fee for early check-ins or check-ins after 10pm. There is a $100 per night penalty for each unregistered guest. Replacement fees for lost/unreturned keys:
First set of lost/unreturned keys fob $250
Any additional set $75 and a $100 for non returned parking remote, fob.
