Villa Alexia se trouve dans Agrilla à la périphérie de Laganas et Kalamaki. Il est dans un quartier très calme et pourtant à 15 minutes à pied, vous trouverez une abondance de bars et de restaurants qui satisferont tous les goûts si vous préférez quelque chose de festif, calme ou traditionnel. Détendez-vous autour de votre propre piscine privée ou visiter la plage de sable à seulement 25 minutes à pied. Il ya une piste de Go-Karting et Poney Trekking Centre à distance de marche et un parc aquatique à seulement 10 minutes en voiture. Le supermarché le plus proche est à 10 minutes à pied et un supermarché Lidl est inférieure à 5 minutes en voiture. L'île de Zante a beaucoup à offrir en ce qui concerne le tourisme.

We had 2 relaxing weeks in a very nice Villa! The Service by the Agency and also in particular locally was excellent. Not so nice was the Noise duing daytime due to small distance to airport and more annoying the many fun riders on quads.

Stunning villa home from home

We felt fully able to relax in this lovely villa. The cleanliness and the welcoming touch with water, tea, coffee, wine, beer, bread and tomatoes ensured our holiday got off to a great start. A 20 minute walk to the lovely sandy beach and the main road into Lagana. We preferred to venture into Kalamaki of an evening to eat as much quieter and more family orientated. We didn’t hire a car but found taxis easy to get. By the end of the holiday I think most of the taxi drivers knew where Villa Alexia was.

Late August Summer Holiday

Good value clean property with lots of space and nice layout with the pool easily accessible from the house allowing us to keep an eye on kids in the pool. Air conditioning throughout, which worked well and was a must-have during many hot days and nights during our stay. The location is close to the airport (you can sometimes hear the planes but not very loud), which made it easy to get to. Location requires a car, as we knew beforehand, and is easy to get around the island from with lots of attractions nearby and even driving to the north of the island is under an hour. The owner responded quickly to any queries in the lead up to the holiday. During the holiday there is a local property manager who also responded quickly on the one occasion that we had a query.

Haus war wie exakt beschrieben, vomn 2 Seiten schöne Olivenhaine. Supernett die kleinen Snacks und Getränke im Kühlschrank und praktisch, dass die Küche toll ausgestattet ist und alles Basics vorghanden waren. Prima betreuung und perönlcihes gespräch mit Simone. Pool wurde alle 2 Tage gründlich gereinigt. Etwas störend waren alleine die auf der Straße vor dem haus vorbeiknatternden Autos und Quads die den Aufenthalt auf der Terasse abends etwas getrübt haben.Fotos nicht mehr ganz aktuell, die Bäume und Büsche hinter dem Pool sind gerodet, da sind heute Sonnenschirme & Liegen.

Schöne Ferienunterkunft für 4 Personen

Etwas zu Laute Umgebung durch Gebell von Hunden und der Straße, welche am Haus vorbei führt. Der Grillplatz war nicht sehr einladend und die Terassenstühle etwas unbequem. Der Pool ist super und wird alle zwei Tage gereinigt. Die Zwischenreinigung des Objektes empfanden wir ebenfalls als angenehm. Sowie Simone, welche immer zu erreichen war und gute Tipps gegeben hat.

Tolles Haus zum Entspannen

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit schönem Pool (größer und tiefer als er auf den Fotos wirkt) und modernen Bädern. Grill direkt neben dem Pool für schöne Abende. Das Haus ist nur 5 min von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und 10 min vom schönen ruhigen Kalamaki Strand entfernt. Trotzdem ist es in eine ländliche, authentische Gegend eingebettet, nebenan ein Olivenhain, so dass man hier ganz privat und unbeobachtet entspannen kann. Lage und Ausstattung zusammen sind ideal! Wir haben uns auch sehr über Eier, Tomaten, Brot/Marmelade, Wein im Kühlschrank gefreut. Der Pool wird super gepflegt und ist nicht gechlort. Eine super Location!

Nice villa but the area…..

The villa was nice, has a fine floor plan and a pool we enjoyed - especially the kids. The kitchen was not well equipped and could use an upgrade. The area the villa is located in is very poor and very far from interesting. Every evening and night the wild and neighboring dog’s barked constantly making staying outside in the nice evenings unattractive. Earplugs are recommended to get a decent sleep. Nevertheless we had a nice vacation in the villa but due to the area we would not rent it another time.

Schöne Villa zum Erholen

Die unmittelbare Umgebung der Villa Alexia ist ländlich geprägt mit vielen Olivenbäumen, Feldern und schmalen Straßen. Nachts stört allenfalls Hundegebell. In der Villa selbst hat man alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Betreuung ist super, der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Man kann die Annehmlichkeiten der Touristenhochburg Laganas mit ihren vielen Restaurants, Geschäften und Bars in der Nähe nutzen und genießt dann umso mehr die Ruhe im beschaulichen Agrilia. Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Pool

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche auf Zakynthos. Von der Buchung, über das Haus selbst und der Kommunikation war alles perfekt. Das Haus ist vom Flughafen aus innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Strand von Laganas oder Kalamaki sind es ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten. Der Pool beim Haus ist sehr großzügig und wird mehrmals wöchentlich gereinigt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nice vacation in rural neighbourhood

We had a nice family vacation in Villa Alexia. The house was spacious but already a bit outlived. Pool was nice with lots of pool chairs. The neighbourhood was rural with barking dogs during the night and regular traffic on the nearby street. Location between Laganas and Kalamaki was great, so lots of restaurants, amusements and beaches nearby.

Alexia villa

a clean and spacious villa on a quiet road with a good pool. the kitchen had everything we needed, including tea, coffee, fresh eggs, bread and a bottle of wine. there were plenty of towels for a family of four and a big washing machine and separate dryer. the villa is close to shops and restaurants and just 5mins by car from zakynthos airport, altho we were glad we rented a car to get about the rest of the island. we had a lovely stay

First Zante Visit

Property was located in a pleasant rural area but within walking distance (for most people) of amenities. Villa is well appointed and pool is great. Good communication with owner before arriving and welcome visit from agent day after arrival which clarified some points. Would return if back in Zante.

Perfect villa in a tranquil setting. Greek neighbours friendly and helpful

The villa was perfect for two couples, bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage. Bed slightly hard, pillows delightful. Shower powerful and hot though bathroom needs tlc. Brand nee kitchen was lovely maybe a few pasta bowls and more wine glasses! Villa was.bright and airy. Outside was spacious, pool area was lovely for all day and evening though we would have liked the pool cleaned during our stay (we wrote CLEAN ME on the pool tiles at the start of our holiday and it was still there when we left). Though it was a good 20 minute walk to town, where Panos and The Pub were particularly good, we thoroughly enjoyed the friendliness of the locals (geese and dogs!) and it was a beautifully peaceful, rural setting. I would definitely recommend the villa to friends and family and a big shout out to Simone for her prompt help with the internet and the bug spray as well as sorting our return taxi to the airport. One of the best villas we have stayed at.

We have just returned after a fantastic two week stay, the villa was everything we wanted and more. It was so spacious and airy, the pool was very well used and well maintained too. We were close to Laganas and Kalimaki but still so peaceful, we would certainly recommend this villa for a fantastic relaxing holiday and we would like to thank all involved for our stay, it's so nice to have a friendly face on hand if you need anything.

Fantastic Villa, great setting.

Having stayed in villas all across Greece and Spain this really was one of the best, completely living up to our expectations and exactly as described. The location is perfect , very quiet but only a short taxi or car ride from Kalamaki. There is a very good supermarket( Agrilla supermarket at the top of the road) within walking distance and a couple of bigger ones a short car ride away . The yakinthos hotel and bar at the top of the road next to the Agrilla supermarket is great for a cold beer and light snack and Rodi's just a few minutes walk further on is a great setting with a very good and reasonably priced menu - as well as being within walking distance of the villa. For everything else you really do need a car - the beach at Laganas is fine if you stay away from the Far end where the strip is - but isn't within walking distance of the villa. Kalamaki beach is much quieter but has everything you would need and is more family orientated.lots of great places to eat in Kalamaki but especially Parthenon, the Family ( for the Greek night ) , Michaelos and for a drink and for some live music - The Venue, or cocktails at the very cool cave bar . Alexandra the great bar is very cool and the people are lovely . Plenty of other beaches but we found Banana beach in Vasilikos was the best by far - beautiful beach with great water sports and 2 very good restaurants that serve food and drink To you're subbed if you want or in the restaurant - it's about a 30 minute car ride away. Only one small issue with water when we were at the villa but Costas the pool man was great and all sorted very quickly . Would not hesitate to recommend this villa to a couple or family . Make sure you take full advantage of the BBQ and the pool - which you can do late into the evening as the outside areas are so well lit. Island and villa were fab and will definitely be back.

Siamo una coppia di giovani ragazzi italiani. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana bellissima in questa villa. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi di aver trovato la villa esattamente come descritta e come appare nelle foto. Molto pulita e attrezzata di tutto il necessario. È in una zona molto tranquilla ma a pochi km dal centro di Zante quindi è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare tutta l'isola. Consigliamo di noleggiare l'auto per l'intero soggiorno. I proprietari sono molto disponibili per qualsiasi informazione o problema. Torneremo sicuramente per godere di nuovo delle comodità di villa Alexia e delle bellezze naturali dell'isola. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. It is in a very quiet area but only a few kilometers from the center of Zakynthos so it's a great starting point for exploring the whole island. We recommend that you rent the car for the entire stay. The owners are very helpful for any information or problem. Villa Alexia

I would like to thoroughly recommend this beautiful villa. If you are looking for a quiet base in a very picturesque location then this is ideal. Whilst you are a bit of a distance from Lagana and Kalmaki (approx. 25 minute walk to the main part of Lagana) you will appreciate this. We arrived before the season had really started which at first thought we thought would restrict us a bit. On the contrary. we had everything to ourselves, including the lovely beaches nearby. St Nicolas beach and Banana beach were only a short drive away and they were empty. The actual villa itself was immaculate. Clean, and well equipped with fantastic views of the olive groves and mountains in the distance. The pool was regularly cleaned and any problems were dealt with immediately.(not that there were many). A walk out of the villa turning left and left at the crossroad takes you up to the main road, approx 15 minutes. where you will find a well stocked supermarket with all you will need. They are lovely people working there offering fresh produce, home made red and white wine and olive oil at a ridiculously cheap price. Talk to them nicely and they will even deliver for you. I would definitely recommend that you hire a car whilst you are there. Opposite the supermarket is the Twins car rental. we hired a VW Up for about 40 euro a day with insurance. Turn right at the supermarket and walk about 10 mins and you will come to a lovely Greek restaurant. It is run by a lady called Nicky and her family and by the time you leave you will feel like family. Would I return? get me a flight now! Thanks to all involved in making our holiday so memorable. Villa Alexia

Wonderful villa, clean, airy, very spacious and in a quiet area yet only minutes drive away from Kalamaki and Laganas (don't visit the latter in the 'season' if you expect any peace and quiet, it's 18-30 crazy!). Pool lovely, and a god-send as was mid 30's+ every day, cleaned at least twice during our stay. Air conditionining a must and very welcome. Three day inclusive car hire was a nice touch, we extended for the entire week and I'd recommend it, although if there are more than three of you (unless two very small children) it is a squeeze and I'd suggest upgrading to something bigger. We did a bit of touring the island, driving up to St Nicholas Port in the north and taking a small boat trip out to the blue caves, and then later in the week down to Vassilikos to visit Banana Beach (part of a beautiful 3+km sandy beach that is very clean, much quieter than Laganas and Kalamaki and has lovely sun-beds/shades for a reasonable 6 Euro's for two for the day). Food generally very good, Zepos down by Kalamaki beach is highly recommended and the best meal we had for the whole week away was at Appollonian on the main road through Tsilivi, which as a resort is also well worth a visit, and has great water sports (we tried the jet ski-ing which although enjoyable was a little steep at 60 Euro's for ten minutes for 2 jet skis!). We had a wonderful week away and Villa Alexia was the perfect home away from home to use as a base, would definitely recommend it to anyone, perfect for families, couples, but with a double and twin bedroom 4 is probably the limit although there is a sofa bed). VILLA ALEXIA ZANTE WOW

Fantastic holiday just had to write a review The villa was clean, immaculate and well maintained, the pool was superb, the kids loved it, the pool guy Mike and Lisa from the villa management very friendly and helpful. The temperature was in the thirtys, so I found the air conditioning was just the trick especially at night for a perfect nights sleep. I tried the home made wine (as recommended by Jan L), from the agrilla supermarket and got a real taste for it, the shop owners were so welcoming and very genuine people. `Bon appetite` opposite `supermarket Dennis` laganos has to be visited, the food was excellent and at very good prices (we became regulars) . We only booked for a week so we didn`t do enough sight seeing, especially as we enjoyed being at the villa and the beach so much. so next year Zante, Villa Alexia and a fortnight. sam & Sandy

This villa is exactly as described in the advert. Very quite location and the pool was much needed and very well maintained. The villa was well equipped (with the exception of BBQ utensils) and again the air conditioning was much needed. Would highly recommend that a car is required for your stay.

Villa Alexia - getting to know Zakynthos island

Villa Alexia , a wonderful local base for exploring the island Zakynthos . Situated among local greeks and olive fields , the perfect house for 2 adults and 2 teenagers , convenient access to shopping ( Agrilla Supermarket and even a Lidl store ) , super service from the manager , well equipped house and kitchen ( apart from a dishwasher ) , fine cleaning standard and a very thorough and frindly poolman . Car rental is strongly recommended as touring the island ( as well as Zakynthos town ) brings a diversity of fantastic sceneries . Among many places : Porto Vromi in the north-west of the island ( incredible snorkling ) , lunch and coffee break in Loucha and Gyri in the center / middle of the island ( pictoresque and very greek ) , Agios Nikolaos in the north-east of the island ( green fertile lowlands along with breathtaking driving beautiful coast road ) and the beach of Gerakas in the very south-east end of the island ( sandy, nesting beach of the Caretta Caretta turtle ) . Food and beverages : go local ! Buy your own food ( try the vegetable market in Zakynthos on thursdays ) and don´t forget to taste local white and red wine from barrels in local supermarkets . In all it´s very easy to get into the swing of Zakynthos life and we´ll bear the island and Alexia in mind and definitely consider returning some other time .
