The house is located near many eateries and shopping. GReat neighborhood! The house was very well suited for us. Three bedrooms and each has a bathroom was a game changer. Thanks for a great weekend

We loved staying at this property and the manager, David, was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I had never been to Charleston so wasn’t sure about the location of the property, but this location turned out to be really walkable which was a priority for our group. The house was clean and came with everything we needed. The location was quiet and centrally located. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit!

The property was perfect for my teenage daughter, my mother, and me to stay a few days and tour colleges. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants on King Street. It was very clean and well equipped and charming. The beds and linens were very comfortable as was the den furniture. The host was very communicative and quick to respond. Everyone REALLY enjoyed having her own bathroom. The private, off-street parking was also key. Would stay again!

Perfect Home for Girls' Trip!

This property was perfect for our girls' trip! We each had our own bedroom/bathroom and enjoyed the living room and kitchen too! The place is very cute and clean with everything we needed! We were able to walk or use Uber/Lyft everywhere!

Great property!

Great property within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Checkin was so simple and the place was clean (except for a few stains on the bedding). Loved having 3 full bathrooms, even though the space was tight. Thank you for hosting me and my family!

Weekend getaway

The property was really nice and the team was very responsive. Someone parked on the street blocking our driveway and they were very helpful getting the car moved. The team made a stressful situation that much easier. Great location and very convenient to downtown.

Clean, helpful, and great location! Parking, though, is a bit of a bear…it’s so tight that we could barely get out of the car…we couldn’t get our baby out in her carrier and had to wait on the street and walk up to the unit every time. Also, you will not be able to get out if someone parks behind you, which could be a serious problem for your vacation plans if you can’t get ahold of the people in the other unit. Thankfully, the people staying in Apt A were super kind and moved their car for us. Also, I messaged the host questions about parking and only got an automated response from YourPad. I didn’t hear from the host. It is a super cute place to stay and conveniently located. Clean too! I would recommend it to people who can easily walk and don’t have kids!

Offering parking in the historic area is definitely a privilege, and many homes in this part of Charleston do have narrower, tighter spaces due to the historic layout of the neighborhood. Perfect condo for 6 of us!

This condo is kept very clean and up-to-date. It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. My only suggestion would be to put an "over the toilet organizer" in the bathroom of the room on the 2nd level like the bottom bathroom has. The bathrooms are small so extra storage space is helpful. The location is great! It was easy to run to the Arthur Ravenel bridge and also close to downtown Charleston. I would definitely stay here again!

The accommodations were very comfortable but construction next door was discomforting!!

Construction workers were able to look directly into the bathrooms. Duvet management went out of their way to rectify the situation. Lots of construction in the area. Better to leave car home and Uber.

Comfortable Stay

Clean and comfortable stay. Well equipped. 10 minute drive from the heart of town, I was hoping it was walking distance. Bathroom sinks were the size of bar sinks, too tiny for normal use. I assume that was done to fit 3 baths. Heat was hard to regulate- it was a cold week. Otherwise a clean comfortable place to stay.

Terrible property! Don’t trust stay duvet!

I own multiple VRBO and I would never put this property online! Furniture broken, walls a mess, sewage smell, and HVAC that is not balanced and working properly. Do not stay here!

When first arriving you are aware of there being two units with this one being in the back of the driveway. Tiny driveway makes it difficult to park an average SUV. Very clean units..
