Appartement indépendant avec vue sur la plage et l'océan à votre porte

Kim's Place est un appartement indépendant avec lit queen, salle de bains, salon et balcon. Elle est située au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison familiale d'architecte. Les clients ont leur propre accÚs privé à l'appartement.
La kitchenette est équipée de micro-ondes, grille-pain, café et thé nécessaires. Il n'y a ni plaque de cuisson ni four dans la kitchenette, mais il y a un barbecue Weber sur le balcon.
La chambre a un lit queen size. La salle de bain a une douche, WC et lavabo, (pas de baignoire). Le balcon et le salon offrent une vue imprenable sur la plage et l'océan.
La plage est à quelques pas de l'autre cÎté de la route et en bas du parc. Les cafés et les magasins du village de Stanwell Park sont à 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement. L'appartement est idéal pour les couples.

Perfect Getaway

We stayed from April 23-27 & had a great time here. It was perfect for us. The Hosts were great. Everything was easy. The accomodation was perfect. We loved sitting outside on the large balcony in the Sun overlooking the Beach. We went for some walks around the area & just relaxed a lot. We would love to come back.

Very Relaxing.

Beautiful place, very clean, comfy bed and great views. We loved watching the paragliders up in the sky, and coming into land. Lots of activities to do nearby, or just sit on the verandah and watch the waves. Thanks Kim, we really enjoyed our stay :)

Relaxing escape

What a beautiful, relaxing stay my husband and I had at Kim’s place! The property is clean and spacious and the outlook is just amazing. From the beach outlook to watching the hang gliders it was easy to let stress slip away. Thank you Kim for sharing your amazing space!

Glorious.

The location and view are absolutely fabulous. This apartment is very confortable and cosy, well appointed and with a functional but small kitchen. We really enjoyed our brief stay there and hopefully we will be back.

A hidden gem close to home

Kim's place is a wonderful holiday place to relax, recuperate and just enjoy the great views from the balcony and living room. We stayed there for 2 nights, which was too short. We had recently lost our much beloved 14 and a half year old German Shepherd and this was our first holiday without her. Listening to and watching the waves brought me a measure of peace and calm. Kim is also a great host, easy to communicate with and gave us full privacy. We will be back for a longer stay.

New location for us

The access is terrible from the Wollongong area.Drive up is very steep and difficult to find and you cannot turn around. Also the road is very windy and hilly for some kms. It is maybe easier from the Sydney end! Location is excellent once you are there- StanwellPark is great

Great little place !

Beautiful views, modern & clean. Bathroom /toilet area a bit quirky with having no doors at all. Had everything you need and pretty close to cafes. Kim absolutely lovely to deal with and so helpful. Only negative aspect we found was noise from above with chairs moving and when cleaning upstairs .

Relish the Retreat

The impressions evoked by the image and description on the web site were all matched when we arrived at Kim’s Place. If you are looking for a retreat in quiet, private, warm visually calming surrounds enhanced by a picture perfect outlook and all desired amenities ( including a Nespresso coffee maker) Kim’s Place is perfect for you.
