This 620 sq. ft. ocean view villa is located at the Villa La Estancia Resort in beautiful Cabo San Lucas. It sits on the famous Medano Beach, the only swimmable beach in Cabo. This unit features a king bed with full size bath/tub combo. It has a private terrace overlooking the Pacific. Other amenities include mini-bar, safe, robes, and slippers.
This oasis offers a two-tiered pristine pool and swim up bar, jetted hot tubs, beach access just a few steps away, a fitness center, spa, and pickle ball and tennis courts. Dining options include the La Parilla poolside bar and restaurant, as well as La Casona a five-star restaurant. Guests may also enjoy bars and restaurants at the sister properties, Villa del Palmar and Villa Del Arco and either charge services back to their unit at Villa La Estancia or take advantage of their All-Inclusive Meal Plan. Unlike with many stays, this property provides housekeeping every other day with no cleaning fee required, personal concierge, and room service. In addition, there is a deli and market located on property. Just when you think it couldnât get any better, the resort is a short walk to downtown and the marina.
Also please note that September is maintenance/construction month. While you may not be affected by this, please be aware that there may be the potential for loud noise, stemming from construction during your stay. This is unfortunately out of our control, and we will not be able to refund any construction related issues during the month of September.

My significant other Gary and I have always loved Cabo and stumbled upon a gem when we found Villa La Estancia. We then were lucky to become fractional owners of Villa #3303. When we walked in, we were amazed how impeccable and adorned the Villa is . . . and best of all is the enormous patio and views. The grounds are immaculate, and the staff are so attentive and gracious. We hope you enjoy the property as much as do we.
