We loved our stay in this unit! Everything was clean and well equipped. The only glitch was that the internet was out, but we were so busy with other activities that we did fine. The unit was very quiet and the beds super comfortable.

This was a perfect stay for a girls only getaway! We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers; plenty of space and everyone had their own bed & bathroom (teenage girls don’t mind sharing). Clean, smelled great, the screened in porch was great, and excellent kitchen amenities to save some money with meals. We did not use the laundry but there were pods available and the washer & dryer smelled clean (I always check just in case needed). Having the clubhouse and pool immediately across the street was great! The grill option at the pool had excellent food. Option for delivery to the unit was great & if we stayed longer we may have used it. The person at the guard shack at entry was very patient and helpful as we entered the property. We would definitely choose this property in the future!

Perfect location

It was close to the girls dance competition. The kids loved the upstairs loft, the kitchen is well stocked everything was perfect.

Wonderful summer memories at point royale

We loved the property. We were worried about it not being ground level but the proximity to the pool made it more than worth it. The beds were comfortable and the kids and us had a blast!

Very clean and comfortable! Check-in was very smooth and expectations were clearly communicated. We enjoyed being so close to the clubhouse and pool. The parking is a little tricky, there aren't many spots in front of the building - but we didn't have any issues. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in working order. We would stay here again!

Nice Condo

Greatly enjoyed our stay! Lost a star only due to difficulty using the upstairs shower (which eventually worked out) and some discomfort with the beds upstairs. However, we greatly enjoyed the other amenities within the condo! Would definitely consider staying again! Thanks!!

Good place to stay

It was a great location and not a far drive from all the events that we had planned. It is much better than getting two hotel rooms. Enjoyed having the extra space and being able to have some meals there at the room.

Great location and very responsive host. Had one minor issue and it was resolved quickly without fight. Would definitely book again.

We had Grandma. Grandpa. 2 daughters. One son-in-law. 2 grands. Scattered between MN. IA. AZ. This was our first venture staying in a Vrbo. What a pleasant experience. No complaints. The pool could have been cleaner and beach towels would have been nice. That’s it. All really good.
