Itâs an educational district with a slower pace of life, yet incredibly convenientâjust minutes from the MRT and within walking distance of Shida (MTC), riverside parks, cafĂ©s, and local eateries. I enjoy that the neighborhood is quiet at night, surrounded by longtime residents, small parks, and students, rather than nightlife or heavy traffic. Itâs easy to live here, whether youâre studying, working remotely, or simply wanting to experience everyday Taipei.
