Welcome to Villa 50, a stunning beachfront retreat in Blue Venao. This luxurious villa offers breathtaking views and a prime location on the Azuero Peninsula, a unique beachfront community with miles of pristine beaches.

Our sun-filled villa features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and an expansive terrace—perfect for your ultimate tropical getaway.

The Space:
Chic and tropical beach-aesthetics with an open concept layout.
The place is perfect for couples, families, avid surfers or digital nomads looking for a beach getaway and a unique beach community experience.

THE VILLA:

BEDROOMS:
Complete bedding, linens, pillows, and blackout curtains.
Distribution of beds for a total of 6 Adults + 2 Kids (10 yrs old max):
Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed
Bedroom 4: 1 Children's Bunk Bed (Twin/Twin) for kids up to 10 years old + a wooden baby crib.

BATHROOMS:
Full bathrooms with essential toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and extra toilet paper).

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances: fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Includes cooking utensils, cookware, cutlery, wine glasses, and serving ware.

*Welcoming package includes Panamanian coffee beans, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, dishwasher capsules (4), dish soap, a new sponge, and trash bags (3).

LIVING SPACES:
Integrated interiors with modern furnishings. The living area is set with a Flat screen TV w/ Netflix subscription. There is a dinning table for 6 and kitchen bar seats 4. In the terrace there is comfy outdoor furnishing to relax, unwind, enjoy the pool + the view.

GENERAL:
Wifi.
A/C in every room (5 units).
Complete laundry facilities with washer/dryer. Towels provided for indoor use, and pool.

Guest Access:
Enjoy unlimited access to BlueVenao Beach Club, featuring a stunning infinity pool with breathtaking beach views, delicious food, drinks, and a variety of daily activities.

The Neighborhood:
Located in BlueVenao, the highlight of Playa Venao—a gated community surrounded by lush nature, rolling hills, and the tropical waters of Azuero. The Beach Club serves as the heart of the community, offering the perfect place to relax and disconnect.

Whether it's surfing, fishing, horseback riding, yoga, lounging on the beach, or enjoying a delicious meal, Azuero offers something for everyone. Immerse yourself in Panamanian culture and experience both excitement and tranquility.

Getting Around:
In BlueVenao, everything is within walking distance! There is a designated parking area within the project, but the villa and condo streets are pedestrian-only, providing a clean-air, peaceful environment—safe for both kids and pets.

PARKING:
-You will be assigned a parking unit (2 vehicle)
-There is additional parking in the Beach Club if needed.
-The Beach Club and beach front is just 3 minutes away!

There are bike rental shops just outside the project! and don't hesitate to go on a horseback ride to enjoy the sunset.

You will find a supermarket, and other basic services nearby- gas station, amazing restaurants, bars and shops for surfing gear or whatever you need for the beach.

Other Things to Note:
Dogs, Cats, birds or other animals are not permitted.

IMPORTANT:
In order to create and improve new spaces for residents and guests of the project, Blue Venao is currently carrying out construction work in some areas of the project, for which we warn you in advance that you may experience construction noise in some places and times during your stay.
We regret this possible inconvenience and greatly appreciate your understanding since property/unit changes, refunds or discounts will not be offered as it is a situation beyond our control.

This Villa has a total of 4 bedrooms.
The 4th Bedroom is for Kids up to 10 years only. It has a Kid Sized twin over twin bunk bed and a wooden baby crib. If you have children, the total amount of guests permitted per reservation is 6 adults and 2 kids + 1 baby.

Please be aware that no discounts or refunds will be issued due to electricity, water or internet outages as these are out of our control.
