Nestled in one of Calgary’s most sought-after neighborhoods, Crescent Heights offers the perfect balance of urban convenience and natural beauty. Known for its tree-lined streets and welcoming vibe, this vibrant community sits just minutes from downtown while maintaining a peaceful, residential feel.
Explore trendy cafes, restaurants, and local shops, or take a stroll along the scenic Bow River pathways. Crescent Heights is also home to McHugh Bluff and some of the city’s most iconic skyline views, especially stunning at sunset. Primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Government-issued ID may be required. Reservations made by guests under 25 will be subject to cancellation.
Before check-in, guests may be required to complete a secure pre-arrival verification form. This helps us confirm booking details and maintain the safety of the home. The link will be provided through Airbnb messaging after your reservation is confirmed.

To help protect our home and keep nightly rates fair, the following may apply:
• Pet Fee: Pets are welcome with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $52.50 for each pet, per stay applies and must be disclosed at booking..
• Optional Damage Protection: Guests may choose an optional damage waiver of $32.10 per stay, which provides coverage for accidental damage during the reservation. This waiver is optional and not required to book.
• Guest Identification: For all reservations, we will collect a valid government-issued photo ID from guests. This is required to complete the booking and check-in process.
