We’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the non-working microwave and the air quality concerns during your stay. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our guests, especially when it impacts a family member’s comfort. Your feedback is incredibly helpful. The microwave has since been inspected and issue has been resolved. We are also evaluating ways to better balance our cleaning products and improve ventilation. An air purifier is a great suggestion, and we will take that into consideration moving forward. We’re glad to hear you were able to work around these issues, though we understand they were frustrating.
