There are no unregistered visitors allowed within the property. Visits must be noted to Spacey`s representatives 24h in advance with IDs submitted.
Visitors of other gender must be of 1st or 2nd degree with couples policy applying.

• Complimentary Weekly Cleaning: For stays of 7 days or more, a free weekly housekeeping service is provided to maintain cleanliness and comfort.
• On-Demand Cleaning: Additional cleaning services are available upon request between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM with extra charge 10$.

• Restricted Smoking Areas: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas, such as balconies, if available.
