Very nice within walking distance of the theater, and restaurants. Sarah was a great host. Spectacular views of the city. We arrived on a Friday and parking was a breeze.

Sarah did such a great job on coordinating everything. The room was very clean and met all of our expectations. The views were also very nice!! We will definitely be staying again when visiting Raleigh.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything very easy from check-in to check-out. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Parking was smooth, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect for shopping and dining, and overall it was a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this host to others.

The condo's location is excellent and suited the needs of the trip perfectly. However, the overall experience was significantly hindered by poor host communication, lacking amenities, and a unit that fell short. The check-in process was highly inefficient; the host stated she would buzz guests into the lobby but failed to appear, requiring a wait for another resident to open the door. Upon entry, no Wi-Fi information was provided anywhere in the unit, and securing those details required an extended wait for a response from the host.Furthermore, basic provisions were severely lacking: the unit contained only one hand soap, a half-empty roll of toilet paper, and two towels. Although the host promised to bring essentials like shampoo, body wash, and extra paper products upon request, these items were never delivered. Finally, while the main areas appeared acceptable, cleanliness was incomplete there was heavy dust accumulation on the floors along the corners and near the bed. The AC unit did not seem to cool past about 70-72 despite whatever temperature we set it to.
