I will list the pros and consPros Beautiful view & grounds. We loved sitting on the Lanai and watching whales (take binoculars) Nice Condo space with newer appliances Close to a lot of stores and restaurants Beautiful tropical poolCons You can’t check in at all before 4:00 the cleaners walked out right at 4:00. We tried to go in about 5 minutes early and they were still there. My Perfect Stays communication poor/slow (until you are leaving) Hallway wet due to washer leaking (the cleaners had to have known because we walked in right after they left. We thought they had spilled something while cleaning) Them coming into my room several times while we are out when we told them we wanted to be notified prior. The only notification we ever received prior was the plumber to TRY to fix the washer on the 2nd to last day but unfixable Because I notified them of the leak they shut off the water to the washer and I couldn’t wash clothes I had planned on for our 10 day stay Notified them and sent pictures that Something in kitchen leaking on floor (it was the fridge) with no response soaked a kitchen towel dailyLesson Take care of things yourself and don’t notify My Perfect Stays until leaving so they don’t repeatedly come in your private space and disturb your vacation you paid a lot of money for.

We do want to clarify that our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, and the unit is not available prior to that time while our housekeeping team completes their turnover. Our cleaners remain in the unit until it is fully prepared and released for guest arrival at 4:00 PM.
Regarding maintenance access, we understand your concern. Please note that entry is only made when necessary for repairs or urgent issues, and we always aim to provide appropriate notice whenever possible. In this case, service visits were conducted in response to reported maintenance concerns in order to address them as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your comments and will continue working to improve our communication and response processes.

Upon arrival the “hotel” let us know that the luggage cart was not for us to use. Just hotel guests and we’re private room guests. Seems kinda petty to us but, oh well. Had multiple leaks from the toilet above our unit leaking on us using while we used our toilet. DisgustingHotel management came up promptly to fix the problem. The ice maker in refrigerator wasn’t working when we arrived. The next day we had massive amounts of water leaking from the refrigerator. Hotel Management came up to try and fix it but 2 days later leaked all over the floor again. I just put a towel down and gave up. When we called the “hotel” they promptly addressed the leaking toilet situation. The information in the binder on the table directed us to call a management company but they only have a recorder that says they are out for days and to leave a message. Totally unacceptable. The hotel was kind enough to help us with the situation even though they said it wasn’t their responsibility They did a good job.Management also had a note on the desk that said a pesticide application will take place between 10 and 1 while we are there. I think they should have scheduled that when no one is there.

Aloha, and thank you for your 4‑star review. We’re sorry your stay was marred by several issues. The luggage‑cart restriction should have been explained more courteously — we’ll coordinate with the hotel to clarify access and ensure guests know what to expect.
The leaks from the unit above and the refrigerator/ice‑maker problems are unacceptable. We’re glad hotel staff responded quickly, but that doesn’t excuse recurring leaks. We’ll have maintenance investigate and make permanent repairs, and address any resulting water damage.
The binder information and the management voicemail are not helpful in an urgent situation — we’ll update our emergency contact procedures so guests aren’t left waiting. We’ll also work with the property to schedule pesticide treatments outside of occupied hours and provide clearer advance notice.
Thank you for acknowledging the hotel team’s help. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve future stays. We hope to welcome you back.
