This is a multi-unit property: one unit on the lower level and one unit on the upper level.

You'll have access to the entire first floor (lower level), thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.

Parking is included: one of two space on the driveway in the back. The one space on the right side when facing the back of the property.

The back yard is shared so we kindly ask for consideration when using this space.

There is a washer and dryer in the basement. We take care of linens as part of the departure cleaning.

Welcome to our cozy first floor unit retreat! You'll have access to the entire first floor, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.

There is access to the basement for the washer and dryer. The rest of the basement is not for personal use.

There is another furnished rental upstairs and when occupied we kindly ask for consideration regarding noise levels. They share the front entrance which lead to their own unit upstairs. There are separate access to each unit in the back. Please note that the building temperature is set at 72°F for everyone's comfort.

There is one driveway space in the back for your use during your stay. The driveway closes to the garage. There is additional stree parking that is free.

Self check-in is available for your convenience. We are accessible via VRBO messaging or phone for any assistance needed before, during or after your stay.
