Consider this apartment your home away from home while you visit Rawlins. This cozy space features a bedroom with a Queen bed, washer/dryer, an iron & ironing board and a study/office space. For longer stays, your luggage can be emptied into the large chest of drawers and large closet space.
Large shower in the bathroom extra towels and facecloths. We have a large water heater so there should be no problem having a nice warm shower.
Full kitchen with all the amenities of home including solid surface counters and large sink, full size range, and microwave over the range. Dishwasher, air fryer, full size refrigerator/freezer, The freezer has a large ice maker for your convenience. Large island that has storage space including the trash can out of site.
A coffee bar includes: coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Plenty of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We believe in sharp knives for cutting food so be careful. (note: please do not use the wood block on the island for cutting food, a cutting board has been provided). There is also containers for that meal that you cooked for 6 when there is only 2 of you :).
The living area features a loveseat recliner couch and comfortable chair. A 55 inch smart TV which streams all the most popular TV apps (bring your logins and passwords). There is good signal with T Mobile WIFI.
Under the TV is a working electric fireplace for ambiance and warmth.
Our AC/heat is controlled by us so feel free to open windows or use the space heaters to bring the temperatures to your liking.
The only thing you should need to bring to our apartment is your change of clothes and food to eat. There is even a selection of spices for making a meal to your liking (or doctoring up the store bought meals:).
There is a large yard that your space has access to that has a nice lawn (not so smooth and flat but nice and green or white, depending on the time of year). You can enjoy the scenery to the east of Rawlins which includes the Snowy Range mountains and all the mountains in between. We have great views of the area because we are at one of the highest places in Rawlins. Our home sits at an even 7000 feet elevation.

My wife Lindsey and I have been retired for some time and thought that sharing part of our home that wasn't being used needs to happen. We travel some and have had some great stays in a home or apartment that others are renting Living near Hwy 80, a significant artery of the United States, made renting our apartment on a day by day arrangement a good option for us.
We love living at 7000 feet elevation. We have unique views for our area and the extreme weather we have also makes our apartment a good option for people traveling through or stuck here because the roads are closed.
We have tried to include everything necessary for a comfortable single or multiple night stay. Welcome to our home!

Our house is in a quiet cul-de-sac. All the neighbors here respect each other and in some cases we are GREAT friends. Our location is one of the more sought after areas of Rawlins because of the lack of traffic, high elevation for views and well kept homes.

Our property is unique because of the Uplift cliffs behind us. No body is going to build behind us because the owner of the 20 acre property behind us are friends of ours and they have no plans in the near future of doing any improvements.
Because of that we have an unobstructed view of the mountains to the east of town.
