Two spacious king suites with private baths, a cozy living area, and a fully equipped kitchen make it perfect for families or groups. Whether you’re splashing in the pool, soaking in the hot tub, or serving up games on the court, enjoying horseshoes and cornhole, this cabin offers the ideal balance of fun and relaxation among the pines.

The space:
Step inside to a cozy cabin designed for comfort and fun. The open living area features vaulted ceilings, plush seating, and a Smart TV, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, and coffee essentials so you can prepare meals with ease.

The cabin offers:
• Two spacious king suites, each with a private bathroom featuring both a tub and shower, large closet space, and a Smart TV.
• In-home laundry with washer and dryer for your convenience.
• Outdoor amenities on 1.25 acres, including:
• Heated pool (available with optional heating for an additional fee)
• Private pickleball court along with Basketball hoop
• Hot tub — perfect for relaxing after a day of games or exploring
• Horseshoe pit and cornhole board games—great for friendly outdoor competition
• Backyard patio with dining table, seating area, and grill
• Front yard with a small seating area for morning coffee or evening relaxation
• Fire pit for cozy nights under the stars

The property has ample parking on-site, including space to park a boat.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire cabin and all outdoor amenities. This includes both king suites, bathrooms, the living area, kitchen, laundry, and dining spaces inside. Outside, you’ll enjoy exclusive use of the private pickleball court, pool (included; heating available for an extra fee), hot tub, fire pit, patio seating areas, and grill.

Parking is available on-site for multiple vehicles, including boat parking. The only restricted areas are locked owner’s closets.
Other things to note
• Pool is included; heating is available for an additional fee of $50 per day.
• Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay (please confirm at booking).
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM to respect the neighborhood.
• Exterior security cameras are on-site for safety (no cameras inside or in the hot tub area).
• Children must be supervised at all times around the pool, hot tub, grill, fire pit, and game areas.
• A starter supply of essentials (toiletries, paper towels, trash bags) is provided.
• The cabin is nestled among tall pines for a true retreat experience.
