Multiple decks, a private hot tub, and a lower-level rec room make it easy for everyone to spread out after a day on the hill.
Designed for families and groups, The Hemlock blends clean contemporary design with lodge comfort across three levels. From the covered, gear-friendly entry and mud room to the generous kitchen island and wet bar, every space supports relaxing, reconnecting, and getting back on the slopes fast.
Whether you are here to chase first tracks, sink into the hot tub at sunset, or gather by the hearth for movies and board games, The Hemlock delivers luxury, convenience, and the best of Big White.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, decks, private hot tub, rec room, laundry, and garage. One small exception: a bedroom tucked on the far right side of the home is locked off for owner storage, along with a few clearly labeled cabinets. These areas are not accessible during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Perched at the top of Feathertop Way, The Hemlock sits on the skierâs left of the Sundance run for true ski in/out. Drop in and glide to Bullet Chair, Black Forest, or continue to Happy Valley, then ski right back to the door when youâre done.
Getting Around:
In the evening, a cat track beside the home gives you an easy walk straight to the Village for dinner, drinks, rentals, tickets, ski school, shops, a market, and the liquor store. From the Village, ride the gondola to Happy Valley for family-friendly fun like the outdoor skating rink, tubing, beginner hills with magic carpet, ice climbing, dog sled rides, sleigh tours, snowshoeing and cross-country trails, plus cozy wood fire pits.

There is free parking for 4 vehicles. 2 in the Garage and 2 on the driveway
Additional cars should park in the Happy Valley overflow parking lot at a cost of $20 per night or $100 per week. Permits must be purchased from Big White Central Mountain Check-In (winter only).
No street parking is permitted at Big White in winter.

Damage Protection:
Please note, as a software connected property management company, we require damage protection for all reservations to help keep operations running smoothly. You can choose between a smart damage waiver or a refundable security deposit.

2) Refundable Security Deposit ($3,000) â temporary hold, automatically released within 7 days after checkout, subject to inspection.
