Ozcans Pera Flats 1

Our place, a historical building, with a high ceiling of 3,5 m, is centrally located in Beyoglu which is in the historical area of Istanbul.
The place is 10 min walking distance to Istiklal Street, bars, traditional restaurants, and night clubs. It is also very close to most important historical places such as Sultanahmet, Eminönü,Galata.
The metro and bus stations are 1 km and 350 m away, respectively.

The flat is located in the residential area. So it is important to be quite after 10 pm.
The space
It is a studio flat. There are a queen size double bed (160*200 cm), an armchair and a sofa, both of which can be converted to beds. The flat has a flat screen TV, a washer, a drying rack, dining table with four chairs, a coffee table, a nightstand, an iron, an iron table, a hair dryer, a wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electrical stove, a kettle, a fridge, all kind of cooking equipment, detergent for dishes.
One bottle of water (1,5 liter), coffee, coffeemate, tea bags, sugar, salt and pepper are complimentary on arrival. We provide shampoo and liquid soap in the bathroom. Linens, towels, toilet paper, and paper towel are also provided.
We provide microwave and portable oven upon request.
The flat has free wireless internet, satellite TV, A/C, central natural gas heating. The building does not have an elevator.
Free luggage storage is available for early check in and late checkout. Free cleaning service is arranged for stays longer than a week.
Guest access
Each unit of Ozcans Pera Flats is entire apartment. There is no common area to share with other guests.
Other things to note
We must report all the guests to the police department at check-in by law. Therefore, we need a copy of your passport or an ID issued by government.
