If you get to "Pro Pig", you have to try the wings!! Finally, an hour and 15 minutes ride will get you to the legendary Hill Farmstead, widely considered one of the best, if not the best, brewery in the world, consistently earning top spots from RateBeer and other critics for its artisanal, innovative, and technically precise beers, especially its farmhouse ales and IPAs, though "best" is subjective and depends on personal taste.
I have been coming to Smugglers Notch since 1997. It's my home away from home and in the center has a walkable village with a green similar to many quaint New England towns.
