A Gray & White Retreat—Modern, Minimalist, Unforgettable

Hi Bryan, thank you for letting me know about your experience. I’m sorry to hear that the arrival felt uncomfortable for you. The property does have a private rear entrance, which is why access is through the backyard, and the neighboring house is occupied, so it’s possible you saw neighbors in their home. That said, I completely understand that if you felt uneasy, leaving was the best decision for you. Unfortunately, because the reservation was active and the space was held for your stay, I’m unable to issue a refund under the booking policy. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out and I’ll be happy to help however I can. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for your feedback, Mario. We take guest concerns seriously and strive to ensure our listing details accurately reflect the property and what guests can expect during their stay. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as feedback helps us identify areas where clarity and communication can be improved.

Curtis, thank you for your feedback. We recognize the importance of timely communication and reliable reservation arrangements, particularly during high-demand periods. We understand that unexpected changes can create significant inconvenience, and we take these concerns seriously. We continually work to improve our reservation management and communication processes to provide guests with a more dependable experience.

Hi Debbie, I also want to note that no messages were sent to me regarding any concerns during your stay, so I didn’t have the opportunity to address or accommodate any issues. I always encourage guests to reach out immediately so we can make things right, and it’s unfortunate that wasn’t done in this case. We take feedback seriously and are always willing to assist, but we can only act on concerns that are communicated.
