No parties or events are allowed.
All guests must follow Torre Panorama 310 condominium policies.
Occupancy limit: 2 guests.
Only registered guests are permittedâno surprise visits.
Local residents must contact the host before booking.
Identification & Communication
A valid photo ID is required prior to arrival.
All guests must provide a working phone number.
Noise & Conduct
Quiet hours after 10:00 PMâkeep noise to a minimum.
No loud music or loudspeakers at any time.
Need previous reservation to be able to use the social areas.
Respectful behavior is required in all common areas.
No walking in hallways, stairs, or elevators in bathing suits or without a shirt.
Fees & Damages
Lost keycards/remotes: $50 fee.
Stained/damaged linens: $30 per item.
Undeclared guests: $20/night fee.
Smoking violation: $200 fee.
Late check-out:
30+ mins late: $50 fee.
2+ hours late: Additional full dayâs charge (does not extend stay).
Restricted Items & Areas
No illegal drugs, hookahs, or smoking (hookahs are prohibited by lawâviolators will be expelled).
Social areas open 8:00 AMâ7:00 PM (closed Mondays for maintenance).
Complaints & Access
By reporting an issue, you authorize us or Airbnb to enter the property for necessary repairs/cleaning.
Violations
Breaking these rules may result in immediate cancellation, removal, and no refund.
