• Guests sign a short rental agreement and upload a valid photo ID through our secure guest portal
• If the person booking is not the cardholder, a brief credit card authorization form and selfie may be requested

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’ve created a flexible cancellation policy to give you peace of mind.
• Full refund if canceled more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival
• 50% refund if canceled more than 7 days before arrival
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable
• We’ll always do our best to accommodate change requests when possible, subject to availability and any applicable fees
