The women at the front desk (older Caucasian woman and middle aged/younger African American woman were both very pleasant and informative. That is where the niceness ended. The African American guy at the front desk was rude, barely talked and acknowledged us. When we needed something he wasnt there. Was outside smoking. Didn't apologize when he came back. Very rude employee. Doesnt belong in customer service. Didn't tell us anything about the hotel. Where anything was located. Good thing we overheard the Caucasian woman explaining it to another guest. Cleanliness was lacking but not horrible. Room service was abysmal. They forgot our utensils and ketchup. Instead of bringing it back up to us they asked my pregnant wife to go to the front desk to get it. Where she waiting for the employee smoking outside. When my wife asked for pool towels the same african American gentleman said they should be at the pool. They were not. She went back to the front desk and he was gone. Smoking again....ridiculous...Never staying here again.
