Very spacious house on two floors with a double bedroom, a quadruple bedroom and two full bathrooms, one of them with a jacuzzi. It also has a desk, a fully equipped kitchen, an integrated living-dining room with a fireplace, a barbecue, parking and a large deck-terrace. It is equipped with appliances, kitchen utensils and dishes, Smart TV in all rooms and a hair dryer in all bathrooms. Linen and bathroom amenities are provided.

the quiet Selvana neighborhood, halfway between the city center (approx. 1,000 m)
and the port (approx. 800 m), the founding area of the city where the
Isthmus of Quetrihué is located, whose particular geographical shape
gives name to the city. This privileged location allows guests to reach both
extremes, both the downtown commercial area and the port area, in 15 minutes on
foot and in just a few minutes by car on paved streets.In addition to
the native forest that surrounds us, our houses stand out for their large
