Unwind at this modern guesthouse nestled on a peaceful 5-acre farm property just minutes from downtown Palisade and only 15 minutes from Grand Junction. Perched at the base of Mount Garfield with panoramic views of the Grand Mesa and Bookcliffs, this newly built 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath retreat is the perfect escape for wine lovers, festival-goers, outdoor adventurers, or anyone seeking a quiet stay in Colorado’s fruit and wine country.
Built in 2024, the guesthouse combines modern comfort with the beauty of Western Colorado’s agricultural landscape. Large windows frame stunning views in every direction, while a full kitchen, central air, smart TV, private Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer provide all the conveniences of home. The primary bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the living room sleeper sofa converts into a king-sized bed, providing plenty of space for families and groups.
Outside, relax in the outdoor lounge area and take in spectacular sunsets over the adjacent vineyard. The setting offers a rare combination of privacy, open space, and easy access to everything the Grand Valley has to offer.
The location provides the best of both worlds: a peaceful rural setting just outside town, with quick access to Palisade’s wineries, orchards, restaurants, festivals, hiking and biking trails, and river activities. Grand Junction is only 15 minutes away, offering additional dining, shopping, museums, entertainment, and outdoor recreation.
Ample parking is available for multiple vehicles. The guesthouse shares the property with the family residence, but there is plenty of space between the two for a private and relaxing experience.
Please note that this is a working farm. We raise sheep, grow hay, and maintain a small peach orchard. Depending on the season, you may see us caring for animals, irrigating fields, or cutting and baling hay. These activities are part of daily life on the property and help preserve the agricultural character that makes this area of Palisade special. While occasional farm activity may be visible during your stay, the guesthouse remains a peaceful and private retreat.
