Big Event Venue with House/Cabins/pool/playground

Matagorda Oasis, LLC, this mini resort sits on 1 acre of land and sleeps up to 28 people and is fun for all. It is set on an acre property off the intercoastal and a few minutes from town but a country quiet feel here. Pet friendly. Children friendly. Matagorda Harbor is 2 minutes from here. There is a little playground for the kiddo's. A 27ft above ground pool with wrap around deck, open 24 hrs. Next to pool is a picnic cabana with table and seating. Same area has a night time firepit with furniture.
Each cabin sleeps up to 6 with full kitchen in each, fully stocked. Two cabins have 2 full beds in bedroom n 2 sleeper sofa's in Living room with tv in both. 1 cabin has king bed in bedroom n 2 sleeper sofa's in living room and tv in both. The house on the property sleeps up to 14, 3 bedroom, 2 bath with 2 big living rooms seperated by closed door. Front living room has 2 sleeper sofa's and extra high rise blow up mattresses. Big open kitchen with island and a cafe room with coffee bar. Master bedroom has king bed and ensuite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has 1 queen and 1 full. 3rd bedroom has full bed and twin bunkbeds. Guest bathroom is full bath with 5 ft. shower. TV's in every room. Front porch is a great area for bbqing or there is also a barrel pit out by the cabana.
