🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please step outside to designated outdoor areas if needed.
🚭 Do not smoke on the closed patio or inside any gameroom—please use the backyard.
❌ Please do not throw cigarette/cigar butts/ends in the yard (front or back). Dispose of them properly.
🌀 Vaping is permitted indoors.

🔑 Key Return Policy

All physical keys provided must be returned to the lockbox at check-out.
❗ Failure to return keys will result in a 💵 $200 replacement fee.

🍽️ Kitchen Rules

🥄 Use only wooden spoons or non-scratching materials to avoid damaging pans (no metal utensils).
🚱 Do not put solid food down the kitchen drain.
🍽️ Please scrape plates before putting them in the dishwasher and avoid placing solid food items inside the dishwasher.

🚫 General Rules

🕒 Check-in after check-in time; check out before or on check-out time.
📶 Please don’t unplug the WiFi – fines apply.
🪟 Do not open the windows.
🕯️ No candles or other open flames inside the property.
🚽 Only flush toilet paper down the toilet.
👥 Visitors are welcome, as long as they do not stay overnight.
🎉 No unauthorized parties allowed
📺 Keep Roku boxes and Amazon Fire Sticks in their original spots, thank you!
🐾 Do not leave pet waste in the house.
🗑️ Do not trash the house (e.g., don’t scatter garbage everywhere).
🔒 Close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
