The modern, fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze — whether you’re whipping up a family breakfast or bringing home your favorite local takeout. Gather around the spacious dining table with extra seating at the countertop bar so everyone has a spot.

Kick back in the main-level living room, featuring plush seating, luxury furnishings, and a cozy electric fireplace. Oversized windows let those incredible Smoky Mountain views steal the show. The main level includes one king master suite with a full private bathroom, plus a convenient half bath.

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional king bedrooms, each designed for relaxation and each offering long-range mountain views. Each have their own private en-suite as well as attached private balconies. There is also a full-size air hockey table and shuffleboard along with a relaxing sofa to lounge while taking in the views.

Head to the lower level and switch into full entertainment mode. This space brings the energy with four commercial-grade arcade games and a full-size pool table, plus a lounge area with a 65` Smart TV for hanging out and watching the game. * We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st.

** This property has an outside security camera facing the driveway and back property line.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
* There is a strict no-smoking and strict no-pet policy. Any guests violating these policies will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
