Welcome to Serenity Dock, a spacious lakefront retreat on the main channel of Watts Bar Lake in Harriman, Tennessee. We’ve just added a brand-new hot tub, making this the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy unforgettable lake views.

Quiet Hours
• Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours, especially outdoors or on the deck.

Parties & Events
• No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed without prior written approval.
This home is intended for peaceful family and group stays only.

Smoking & Vaping
• Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home.
Smoking is only permitted outside — please dispose of cigarette butts properly and never on the ground or in the lake.

Lake & Dock Safety
• Use of the dock and lake is at your own risk.
Always supervise children near the water.
No diving or running on the dock. Please wear life jackets when boating, swimming, or using water equipment.
Guests are required to lock kayaks and paddles up after each use, instructions at our welcome desk book and on the dock. You are responsible for securing them and will be charged a replacement value of $900 if not replace properly.

Please return the life jackets to their storage rack in the ping pong room after their use.

Security
• Lock all doors and windows whenever you leave the property.
Please close and lock doors when not in use to help preserve the home’s climate and security.

General Guidelines
• Please treat the home as you would your own.
• Report any damages or issues promptly so we can make it right.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• No pets
• Remove trash and place in outdoor bins before checkout.
• Turn off lights, appliances, and A/C when not in use or before departure.

Check-Out Reminders
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM (unless otherwise arranged).
• Please start the dishwasher and tidy up before leaving.
