For those working remotely, there’s a dedicated laptop desk and ergonomic chair, perfect for focused hours with high-speed Wi-Fi.

Late check-out past noon may incur a ₱1,000 fee or extra night charge.

Guests
Max 4 guests. Unapproved visitors = ₱250 per person penalty.

Respect
Please be kind to neighbors — disruptive behavior may lead to removal without refund.

No Smoking / No Pets
Strictly not allowed anywhere on the property.

Trash
Dispose of bagged garbage in the refuse room near the elevator or outside the door.

Linens
Keep towels, blankets, and linens inside. Damaged or stained items may be charged.
