Grass Residences is centrally located in exciting and dynamic lifestyle district of Quezon City. Built with an exclusive bridge way connected to SM North Edsa - the 3rd largest shopping mall in Asia and located next to a major transportation hub as well as a hotspot for exciting attractions. Itâs definitely a convenient, exciting and entertaining place to come home to.
Grass Residences is situated in a highly accessible area, right by main roads both for going to the North and Southside of Metro manila. Government offices, Solaire Resort and Casino, Trinoma Mall, Grand Central Train Station, etc. are also just a very short-drive away or about 10-20 mins walk!
