Great location! Short walk to fish down the hill! Up the hill a small walk to the pool and pickle ball courts! We enjoyed having a set of pickle ball paddles! We cooked and ate most meals at the house. They had everything we needed! Extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags! That’s a nice touch since most places don’t supply extra! Great neighborhood, short trip to town!

This property was beautiful and clean and just as the pictures showed. Ryan was awesome with communication and helpful with any questions. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again. The property was close to all the main attractions and restaurants, but not amongst the business and traffic. We enjoyed the pools and pickleball courts also and the food at the restaurant was delicious also.

We had a great time and were surprised at all the little touches this condo had! From the welcome note and goodies waiting on us, to the toys and games our kids could enjoy, to the simple check out process. We really enjoyed all our time at this condo. We loved having a restaurant at this resort to for a quick bite to eat when we were trying to fit in a meal quick before naptime. The condo was exactly as pictured, clean, cozy, and absolutely beautiful. The kids loved the upstairs bunk bed area, and there were plenty of games available to keep everyone entertained. They loved the pools, indoor and outdoor. The kitchen was charming, spotless, and included a wonderful coffee station.The entire area was beautiful, quiet, and welcoming. The view from the patio was gorgeous, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. It was also conveniently located, with an easy and quick drive into town.Ryan was an excellent host, friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had. As an added bonus, there were cinnamon rolls waiting for us when we arrived, and they were absolutely amazing!Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay. Host was extremely communicative, very nice and checked on us. The condo was very relaxing, cozy and in a great area. Off the strip enough to feel less busy but close enough to go to the strip a few times a day. Very secure and in very nice gated golf area. You can walk down to the river and walk trails. Condo layout is very nice. The pots pans, dishes are very nice. There are no main condiments or seasonings like salt pepper, ketchup etc. Not a complaint but a notice to others since most places we stay people have kindly left. Will stay here again!!!!!

Overall we had a great time and condo worked out very well. The apparent recent renovations and finishings were nice, and although we had our fair share of unexpected issues, the host was very responsive and made repairs as needed quickly. The condo complex had an indoor pool we could drive to which was great since we visited in May before the outdoor pool was open, and the condo itself was in walking distance to the lake and playground area which was great with our small kids. The complex location in Branson was more central than where we have stayed before, about half way between Silver Dollar City and Top of the Rock which put us a few miles from most attractions. The outdoor patio did not have a view other than other condos, but was setup to enjoy the outside weather if desired. Would suggest bringing items like tissues, aluminum foil, salt/pepper, bag clips, etc. as we did not find those available. Depending on our future plans for Branson trips, we would consider staying at this condo again.

My family and I love the Royale Point property and have stayed here for the last 10-11 years since making Branson one of our regular vacation spots. Ryan’s place is now our new fav place to stay when we come to Branson. The Karaoke machine was a highlight as well as the space and cleanliness of the place. We had to make this a quick trip, but will be staying here again in the future. Thank you, Ryan! 10/10
