Always a great stay, large house allows for all the family to be together. Great location, large kitchen, dining and BBQ areas. Private pool, quiet beach. Have booked again for next year!

House is large and in a great position. There were no toiletries at all including toilet paper, soap, handwash etc. Shower was not cleaned and some sheets had blood on it.

Amazing Location and size but a little run down

The property was not to the same cleanliness standard as most places we have stayed (we didnt use the dishwasher as it didnt seem to wash properly). Many bowls cups and plates were in the cupboard dirty when we arrived. A few of the blinds were stuck in the half up position (so the sun light woke us every morning) and there was a lot of construction (electrical tools starting from as early as 630am). However the size of the place was great for our family. And the location was so great!!! As long as you arent expecting a very modern house you will enjoy it. Loved the BBQ (its massive) and the balcony area overlooks the ocean/beach. Being so close to the beach (a few min walk) was a bonus. Thank you for our stay.

Great location for a family get together.

The property needs some TLC. Three windows facing the ocean view with external shutters, unfortunately two blinds were stuck shut so you could only see out of one. Also, when we booked, the games room was advertised but when we arrived the room was locked and unavailable. However, the house was perfect for a group with plenty of room.

Highschool friends catch up

We were a group of 6 women, all in our mid 50's, having an annual trip away. The house is old, and this shows throughout the house. In both cleanliness and small visuals damage we could see. Thankfully the issues with it being old did not interfere with our weekend. Except for the top deck, in the photos showed furniture, which was perfect for one of the girls who had a medical issue and could not get down to the beach. She could watch from the top deck but with no furniture to rest on, this was not able to happen very often. BUT this place could not be more perfect. A large open, house with lots of rooms and beds, close to the beach ticked all our boxes

Family birthday celebration

Layout perfect for multiple adults and families holidaying together and requiring their own space. We had a wonderful stay with our 4 adult children and partners with 3 grand children. Plenty of room. We did feel the house is in need of some TLC. Air con filters were extremely filthy.Couches and chairs are not being moved to clean under.Disgusting. House requires an extensive clean so the regular cleaners wipe down after each visit will be sufficient. In saying this we truly had a great stay particularly enjoyed the pool.

Lovely location. So much room, would love to stay again when warmer.

Great amount of room, little disappointed in cleaning of place, fridge not wiped out, half bags of ice in freezer. Outside patio areas quite dusty and leaves upstairs 2 nd floor. Needs more wine glasses. Overall we really enjpyed our stay.

Great Family Holiday

The property is perfectly located and provides all the facilities and comfort to make a memorable family holiday. The only negative we have is that the property is due for a good clean including pest control. Also might pay to make good some of the larger wear-n-tear. Overall our family and the friends who joined us had a great time.

Great 40th Birthday weekend

The house is amazing with plenty of seperate entertaining areas and sectioned off rooms so multiple families could stay without being on top of each other. I would recommend this for any group wanting to get away for a weekend or as a base to stay and see the Capricorn cost attractions.

Perfect family home

Great house with a layout that feels like your in your own space with room to move. Accommodates large group bookings or extended families trips with ease. Check in process was hassle free and communication without faults. House is a stones throw from the beach with 360 views that lets you enjoy all Yeppoon has to offer especially their amazing sunsets from the top deck. Very much looking forward to our next visit.!

Fantastic location, literally 20 metres from a quiet beach.

Huge house which suited our 2 families well. We were able to come together for dinner, swimming and cards but do our own washing and breakfasts with 2 kitchens and 2 laundries. Unfortunately the upstairs aircon wasn’t working at the time but with the great location and sea breeze we were able to cope. Would stay here again đŸ‘đŸ»

Lammermoor Beach

Great layout. Downstairs room with self-contained flat were suitable for the older members of our family. Upstairs area and kitchen large and easily accessed. Plenty of downstairs outdoor areas to spread out. Great view from the dining area and patio. Short drive to Byfield NP and close to drives around the area.

Awesome house in an Awesome location.

Great house for multiple families with essentially 3 self contained areas built into one house. The main kitchen and dining is large enough for the biggest of groups. The beach is soo close!!!!!

Perfect Getaway

Excellent beachhouse with tonnes of room. Lots of room for kids and teens and the house is close to Yeppoon. Beautiful views and hear the rolling waves at night. We would stay again and host Esme was easy to communicate with. 5 stars.

Luxury in a Superb Location

This is a magnificent home, located just a stone's throw from the Lammermoor beach. Extremely spacious with multiple living zones, the home has every creature comfort imaginable. Lending itself to luxurious relaxation, even the most fastidious guest will be satisfied with the presentation of this property. The pool is beautiful and private. The beds are extremely comfortable. The location, only a few moments' drive from the Yeppoon shoping precinct, is just perfect. This is a place to stay which cannot be recommended highly enough.
