Allumez le gril à gaz sur le pont enveloppant et profitez d'un délicieux barbecue familial à l'extérieur tout en regardant l'étang. Promenez-vous et explorez la propriété de 5 acres et écoutez les sons apaisants de la nature.

The Twin Mountain Log Cabin home slept 12 comfortably with room for more. It was located down a secluded lane backing up to a beautiful pond. The overall living space allowed different age groups to relax in separate areas of the house. The kitchen appliances were adequate and provided many meals.

Great house & location!

Our group of 14 guys had an amazing weekend. House has so much room that we never felt on top of each other. Good size yard for outdoor games. Amenities in the house were more than we needed. When we had questions, Nate was quick to reply with help and answers. Will definitely be back again.

Cockroaches all over!! They were in the kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining area. Crawling out of coffee mugs.. my family had to pack up and end our vacation early. We are now having to all take risk mitigation actions to try and prevent carrying them home. Its been a nightmare. I was first only offered a waive of a cleaning fee!! Then offered only a partial refund that was only a fraction of what I paid. I had toddlers and children there who were playing on the floor before we realized the issue. This was a health hazard. Not a couple of bugs but a major cockroach infestation. I have sent videos and pictures and the property manager witnessed them with his own eyes. There were some dead and some alive which makes me concerned also that there may have been pesticide applied before we came so exposing a toddler to that on top of cockroach feces. I have no words. The response from Evolve has been disgusting and disturbing.

From the owner: "We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. The only image we received showed a single dead bug, which was difficult to clearly identify and appeared similar to a stink bug, a type that is common in the area. Our property manager also visited the home to assess the situation and confirmed that this appeared to be an isolated incident. In our 15 years of hosting the property, we have not had reports of an infestation like the one described. Even so, we arranged for a professional pest control company to inspect and address the home to ensure everything was fully resolved. We did provide a refund that included waiving the cleaning fee and offering an additional credit, although the reservation was used for most of the scheduled stay and was ended one day early. Thank you for sharing your feedback about your visit."

Beautiful cabin - some minor flooding...

We loved the location (easy access to Bretton Woods - short flat drive off the highway), and the cabin had some fun amenities (eg, fancy shower / steam program in the master bath and some heated floors). However, we reached out to the property manager Nate a few times. The first night, we told him how we were seeing a few cockroaches, and he told us that they had recently sprayed - so hopefully they were dying out. Nate was very responsive - and I know there wasn't much more he could do about that (I mainly wanted to let him know where specifically we were seeing them). Nevertheless, on the second night, we found minor flooding in the basement when we went to watch TV (multiple puddles spread across the room). There were two spots on the ceiling where there was dripping, and we found buckets and towels to start cleaning up while I contacted Nate. He said he could come by the following morning. I told him we were cleaning it up - but he didn't offer to clean it himself, apologize, or thank us (even when he came by the following morning). We determined it was from the bath tub in the master bath (we had used it twice earlier that day, and when we turned it back on, the dripping increased). When Nate did come by the following day, he showed us how to turn up the heat downstairs, which was nice (that wasn't clear to us - and it was quite cold! He insisted he hadn't set it that low and one of us must have - but we didn't...).

Great place for families!

This is a beautiful house with ample of space. I loved the layout and openness at this location. The only issue we had was with the dishwasher as it was not working for entire stay and the property mgmt did not bother to give us a headsup inspite of being aware of it.Other than that, everything was perfect! Every hiking / places to visit spots around NH were within 45 mins to an hour.

Things that were not working

The house was beautiful and what we wanted for our Winter get away but the hallway shower was not working , the shower in the bed room got really hot (that one of the kids burned his arm) —— not many kitchen supplies I.e. paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, salt etc. Could not find the coffee machine because it was stored away and 5 of the arcade machines for the kids were not working . Just wish we knew all this before hand especially when we are paying so munch to stay at a home like this.

Great location, listing needs review

The location and property were amazing and I would definitely considering staying again. But the listing needs to be reviewed and adjusted for the actual equipment that is available and in working order at the location. Having a slot machine, 2 pinball machines and a claw machine not working but showing it on the listing is a little deceiving. But aside from that it’s an amazing spot and like mentioned before, I would stay again.

Amazing vacation

Our whole family spent Christmas vacation in this incredible space and had the most amazing time! The property was clean and had plenty of everything we needed (towels, dishes, pots and pans, linens, etc). The cabin was spacious with lots to keep us busy while not being in top of each other and the views were incredible! We can’t thank you enough for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable. We will definitely rent again!!

Ski weekend

This is a beautiful home with plenty of sleeping space and a great basement filled with games and activities. It’s in a great location for all winter activities (nice trails for snow shoeing, quick drive to ski area, and great snowmobile access), and it has cozy heated floors to return to :) We needed to contact the property manager after we unknowingly unplugged the direct TV; he immediately came over and very kindly corrected our mistake! We highly recommend!

Really great spot, very cleans and plenty of space with a huge basement full of games. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment, but the coffee pot was very small. Nate was very responsive and helpful, I would happily stay again.

Beautiful!!

The house and property are absolutely beautiful!! We were impressed and overjoyed to learn that it really is just like the pictures which had looked too good to be true. There were a couple VERY mild cleanliness issues when we got there which Nate the manager explained were due to it recently snowing so it's hard to clean up the outside properly which is understandable. The property is exquisite! The surrounding area is a bit challenging as there is very little nearby, but just about 20 min away is the cutest town of Littleton. The house was truly spectacular, pristinely decorated and cared for with pretty much anything you could need stocked. Our only room for improvement would be that the outside furniture is outdated and spars, surprising considering how updated and beautiful the internal is and for such a big house that sleeps 18, the 2 cup coffee maker is a bit insufficient. Also a few of the games were out of order, which was explained to us by the property manager that they had recently been broken by previous renters and the repair service will not come out due to COVID, which again is understandable, we just wish we had been aware ahead of time as it is a big draw to the house and was a bit disappointing. Nate, the property manager was responsive and helpful with all communications and corrected the minor issue of trash found outside promptly. All in all it is truly a phenomenal rental and Nate does a GREAt job!

Great place

House was enormous. Easily fit 12 adults. Everyone had beds. Easy access to Lincoln/Woodstock and Littleton/Franconia. Lots of stuff to do on premises.

Really enjoyed our stay here. 1) a massive amount of space, including common space for the group to be together. 2) deck wraps around the entire house and has views of a pond 3) the AC worked well and the house was cool 4) house was clean 5) great secluded location

Phenomenal House and Location to Breton Woods

Only warning is this, don’t wear socks when going down the interior stairs beautiful hard wood is slippery! Daughter fell down the stairs and broke her elbow....

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property!!! It really is a stunning home!!! The house was very neat and clean also. We reached out a few times to the property manager and he was available and responsive. However, we found mouse droppings on top of a clean pile of towels and under the bed sheets when stripping the beds. We also caught one in a trap while we were there. Additionally, several things didn’t work: 2 of the games downstairs were out of order, the downstairs fireplace wouldn’t turn on and the lamps in the main living room didn’t work either. The shower handle in one of the showers fell off when one of us tried to turn it on. One of the men in the fooseball table were broken. We loved playing pool, but the sticks were cracked and falling apart. The bunk beds downstairs were a bit shaky and wouldn’t recommend them for adults. However, overall this place was great and I would recommend and or stay again. April
